Case Supplement

1. There is a Caucasian female in/around Wabash County who, since at least 1994, has been undermining sound investigations and covertly coercing people to join a subversive, loose-knit organization which engages in nefarious activities, being based upon a constitutional guise. In 1994, possibly in 1993, she drove a teal colored, Chevy short bed pickup truck, I believe a 1994 model. She is around 5' 5” tall and as of 1994, weighed around 120 pounds, slim, petite, pretty and having med. to dark brown hair. She was likely with the C.I.A. Then, as well as in with the nefarious group, likely having moved on to a different government entity, and a strong possibility exists that she is tied in deeply with the mafia. Her first name may be Jami or Jamie. It had been told me that she had a boyfriend named Richard, probably Oswego, who broke up with her, and later on, she told people that I was him.

In 1994, while out on Roann-Richvalley Rd., in my old Chevy pickup truck, I happened upon what seemed to be an accident, but the vehicle wasn't damaged. They were just putting the victim into the ambulance as I arrived, and after talking to a state cop, I saw the alleged victim looking at us through the back window of the ambulance, smiling, the “victim” being the same female described above. The vehicle she had been driving was not the Chevy pickup truck, but some other vehicle.

Another time during the mid nineties, she had been told that my name was Tom Slee, rather than Todd Slee, and told her to go to the graveyard located on Laketon Rod, south of SR16, to look around. She saw the gravestone of my late grandfather, Tom Slee, and freaked out, evidently not bothering to look at the dates of birth and death, the death being 1978. She then started some kind of investigation on me over that huge discrepancy.

2. A man around probably 45 years of age, named Richard, a part of the same illegitimate, "underground" entity as mentioned in item one above, has infiltrated informant and investigative networks, since 1994, uprooting sound cases and promoting Socialistic agendas, including silencing dissenters by recklessly endangering them and attempting to cause them to be placed under some kind of government "protection", working some with or for the F.B.I. and local and state police forces at one time or another.

I first met Richard in 1992, in Reno, Nevada, at the 76 Truck Stop there. I was driving for MWT-Roadrunner and he was driving for Burlington Motor Express. I had never before seen him, to my knowledge, but yet, he called me by name out there, and could pass as my brother, though not a twin. He could actually be a man five years younger than I, named Charles S____, called "Chuckie" by some, from here in Wabash County. But in 1994 I was told that his name is Richard, last initial O.

In 1998, at a plaza in New Jersey on the turnpike, I was approached by a woman who knew me, and was looking for a missing son or some relative, name of Richard Oswego. She intimated that Richard and/or her were associated with the mafia, and that Richard had more or less ran away. I told her that he might be in Wabash County, Indiana, after making sure that they weren't out to harm him, then reported the matter to my F.B.I. superior, Neil Hoener and/or Blackjack. Since then, over the years, evidence reveals that attempts have been made to cause people to think that Richard is myself, incognito, which tactic is often used against a number of people.

Both this person and the woman in item#1 is/has been associated with an extremely active informer named Melessa (B____) E_______, who has, at various times, attempted to force people to change their identity, at least partially, and has upset many investigations during the past twenty or more years, also aiding the F.B.I., but abusing the privilege of being able to assist instead of going to jail or prison.

     ADDITION: Richard Oswego, or some proxy for me, was, according to the U.S. Dept. of State and the F.B.I., guilty of rape or some similar offense, but either not enough evidence was available for conviction or due to circumstances he was supposed to have done duty for them, the situation possibly being trumped up to begin with. However, there was a mix-up, likely partly due to his his ex-girlfriend, the one in Wabash County who drove the teal Chevy pickup in 1994. She pegged me as the ex-boyfriend, and I was coerced into duty at one point in time. By then, I was already commissioned as an acting F.B.I. Street agent, and was good with it, so I continued. There have been several proxies for me, and some of them may have been manipulated; however, at least one of them is malicious.
     I'd seen Richard (or whatever his name is) in 1995, in Wabash County, after returning to Indiana from Colorado, running around with _________________ and/or associates, members of a nefarious “underground” group. I was also asked during 1995 and a couple of other times, if I had been in such and such a place at a certain time, establishments to which I had never been, which tipped me off to a misuse of proxy capability. Wabash County Prosecutor's Detective Terri Weaver is also aware of the situation, having been aware of the “underground” back in the nineties, not necessarily knowing how nefarious it was. Incidentally, a radio station in the region was also ,giving out code words to members of that corrosive entity, likely having been tricked. Richard has also been involved with the Indiana State Police, Peru, IN, at one time or another.
     The Richard to whom I'm referring may be a Richard from Hicksville, OH, who I met when I was around ten years old, at Arts Country Park campground, near N. Manchester, IN. He was involved in some type of people “switcharoo” program even back then, which I was made privy to, and offered, but declined. Three other possibilities of who that is Charles "Chuck" Sesco, Wabash, IN or Wabash County Sheriff's Deputy Eric Ryggs. It is possible that the actual person has been taken away, moved away or even killed, and a female operative has impersonated him on occasion, easily done from a vehicle.
     There is a possibility that certain culprits have been getting knocked off,and for some have done, may be quite meet. However, most culprits which are/have been involved in crimes I investigated previously, need to be alive. If not, innocent people other than just myself could be falsely implicated, which some Wabash County officials are more than willing to do, and have tried. In other situations, everything concerning certain cases has been hidden, and additional, illicit, shady and otherwise unconstitutional practices have been implemented.
     Something to note: “those who know you best can harm you most”. Thus said, when you think of federal entities as being evil, “Big Brother”, antichrist, dictatorial or whatever, remember that the locals know you better than do the feds, and all governmental authority is from the same source.
     Concerning F.B.I. Special Agent Neil Hoener/Blackjack, though I have had my outs with him and suspicions, he may have been done as dirty as anyone. But during the entire time I was in Colorado, he was honest, fair and impartial, with all I knew of, and did give people a fair shake, even when their personal or otherwise philosophical opinions differed from his. If you ever was to be investigated by a fed, he was one you'd want to be in charge. If you did something really malicious, then it was screw you, but of course. Incidentally, Hoener was one of the feds who, during the nineties, would have helped clear the streets of Wabash County of at least several hundred thousand dollars worth of illegal drugs. They couldn't, because Wabash County/city officials wouldn't give up certain key informers. So when you remembers dead folks who died of overdose, though it was their choice to partake, some of your beloved townsmen enabled it.

3. Concerning the female nicknamed "Yul", the main and real one is near 50 years old. However, after a certain "run time" length, another surreptitious and rather nefarious investigator is trained for the position and task of undermining certain, select, rightful investigations, mentioned in 'Distinct Notices', took over for one between the original one and her successor. There are also instances of female informers or investigators being given a crash course on operating and behaving like one or another of the nefarious operators, which is done in order to shift suspicion from her to another. One particular person had a friend as a roommate, sometime some have been around 2004, give or take a few years, who died, the situation being suspicious, and local cops swept it under the rug, and the F.B.I. wouldn't fully pursue it.

Select females and males are picked from the informer and investigative pool, for special training and assignments, being instructed in various types of investigative and other espionage, psychological warfare and disguise techniques, being employed to uproot sound and necessary investigations, businesses of patriotic people who protest too strongly, and even genuine Christian ministries. The foundational doctrine is the advance of Socialistic policies, though it isn't likely presented as such.

Just as an investigation can be hindered by lack of public input, nefarious activity towards people can only be realized by participation by people in the public realm.

4. On a humorously unsettling note, when out west working under the auspices/commission of the FBI, on several occasions, people approached me and asked if I thought that mental telepathy was real. In order to humor them, I said that since the Holy Ghost and God can speak to people either audibly or in the mind (found in Acts and the Old Testament), and since evil spirits can evidently speak to people (Acts; sons of Sceva), I supposed that perhaps it is possible to communicate with others like that. However, I reminded them that certain government departments research and study that, while others either commit people to mental wards for making such claims, or else drag them off and make them submit to participating in experimental researches, holding them against their will, according to some FBI agents. So I told them that if they can communicate with others like that, have at it, but if something tells them to go out and kill people, they'd better seek help. I left that one alone!

Discussing it later with my federal superior, we had a good laugh, when I remarked that the researchers, being government, would likely be real disappointed when discovering what some people are subliminally saying. So much for that!

5. MACV and SOG?

               There exists in law enforcement a paradoxical dilemma, according to a covert government operator with whom I've spoken, on conditions of anonymity for now. Apparently there is a spin off of special training which was administered during the Vietnam War: MACV and SOG.
     For extra special operations, high brass felt that operatives even more specialized than C.I.A. Personnel were needed for touchy, top-secret missions. So hand picked people were trained for those tasks. They were evidently “super spies”, often operating alone with no backup whatsoever. Once that war was over with, MACV and SOG in that mode supposedly faded away or were reportedly disbanded at some point in time.
     To make a long story short, in this day and age, the same type of “super spies” became needed, ones who could operate without any real restraint, as FBI and even CIA agents are somewhat restricted by                            regulations, which is necessary in order for court cases to succeed against criminals. Thus the new breed of spy.
     Those spies can blend in with and infiltrate any organization on the planet, and engage in all of the same activities as do the people with whom they associate. Keep in mind that spies do not generally make arrests, though they can: their duty is to collect data.
     Those spies work through any government agency which is currently utilized, or can, including local and state police forces. Unfortunately, there has been abuse both by and toward those very spies, by government and civilian folks. On the one side of that spectrum, spies sometimes frame select people, including agents and officers, possibly being assigned to that very purpose, or else murder those who may attempt to expose the nefarious activity in which they engage. Other times, certain people become aware that a spy is in their midst, and subject them to various forms of abuse.
     At times a spy of that caliber has “jumped ship”, remaining with the organization which they have infiltrated, not always known to the members of that entity, while other times it is known and embraced. After all, what criminal group wouldn't relish having a close associate which knows all of the secrets of government law enforcement and DOJ functions? The problem there does not need to be expounded upon. Seeing as how that these days, even the lawless side excels in disguise techniques, a spy could join forces with the law breakers and remain obscure.
     The aforementioned problem is bad enough, but another difficulty is said to be a mounting dilemma. Once one of those spies has reached the end of their viable cover, they are “killed off” and given a new identity, and the same process is repeated, over and over, until they either retire, are killed by the dark side, or are too worn out to continue. The anonymous operative stated that depending upon what the spy knows about government, chances vary as to whether or not the government itself will simply murder the spy, especially if that person has rebelled, bilked too many people or is a risk of exposing too much government corruption and collusion with the criminal side and other nations.
     Sometimes, a very clever operator will groom, prepare and use a specially trained stand-in, allowing their rookie to be blamed for actually being that spy. Those spies are allegedly made over physically at times, via surgery and such, as well as being so well ingrained in their role that they truly believe they are the person whose false identity they are portraying. Some are trained so “hard” in the remaking of personality that it could be called a brainwashing.
    I myself, when with the FBI during the nineties, helped corral a couple of them for some other agency, but we quit helping them because those particular spies just vanished, and we later found out that they were not given a new identity. Complaints earned us little more than threats to keep quiet.

6.DESTRUCTION OF FAMILY:

     Some time ago I started relaying bits and pieces of information to the CIA, hoping to enable them to remedy some problems from years ago, stemming from unclosed cases that I worked with the FBI, which entity usually denies that I was ever associated with them. I was hoping that they might conduct personal interviews from past participants, both government and civilian, then create an agenda on the matter to present to the Congress.
     Around a month and a half ago I notified the CIA that I would submit data to them, info which I had previously relayed to the F.B.I., which might empower them to curtail the over empowerment of the FBI (the C.I.A. cleaned up the rogues during the later nineties, thanks to the F.B.I.)
     It was some years ago, that a certain female and I started to get acquainted, and were getting along well. About a month into that association, I started seeing her in a place or two, incognito, and it began looking like she was caught up in something over her head. I wasn't sure if she was checking things out for the government or the other side, but she tried getting me into difficulty, unjustly, which has been an earmark of covert government operators. I had started seeing signs that someone was out to get her, and warned her, in a respectable, instructional manner, and true to form, she attempted to cause me grief by going to the authorities, being rattled and unsure.

         7. There are some members of the Wabash Free Will Baptist Church, Erie St., Wabash, IN, back into or still into surreptitious activity, some of them previously having done so for one or another entities, one of those entities being the mafia, having had law enforcement ties prior to that [note that the mafia does not generally allow any of their members or associates to bother people for trivial or trumped up reasons, or anyone who is not bothering them much, and runs a pretty tight ship. They are snooping around Warsaw, IN currently (the Free Will Baptist church on the south side of Wabash do not engage in such activity, to the best of my knowledge). There are two members of the Roann First Brethren Church who are also associated with the mafia; actually one, as one currently died of some heart ailment, one not likely to be able to be orchestrated by a human. Most at that church simply live clean lives and do not bother anyone. The one who recently died had made threats to certain federally associated people and was key in largely disrupting a certain agent's life. He also tried to implement covert, detective-like activities into the church and cast down those who sincerely tried to follow the right, actual way. A parishioner from that Free Will Baptist Church, named Helen Sesco, an older, married woman, was caught during the nineties conspiring to commit murder on at least one federal agent, but was turned to informant instead of being charged, and still continued, and continues, to engage in criminal or criminal-like mischief, undermining investigators/informants who disagree with her chosen denominational doctrine/personal interpretations, and has been in league with Wabash County Prosecutor's Detective Terri Weaver, in some manner. 03/20/2017.

9. I worked at Zimmer/Biomet, Warsaw, IN, from December of 2016 until March 30th, 2017. I was let go by Jessica Vought of Adecco, for quality issues and attendance problems. However, I didn't miss one day and was never late for work once; my parts for production were good quality,as I was told, always checking with knowledgeable production leaders to keep producing yet better parts. My numbers were good, and I got along well with others. So what happened, other than that Jessica of Adecco was likely lied to and some Biomet employees and management condone crime?

F.B.I. Agent Neil Hoener and/or proxy is what happened. I saw him there on a number of occasions, sometimes in the big,main office consulting with personnel from Biomet; same thing happened a year or so ago whenI worked there, except that time, I had nothing to report. This time I did; some activity was going on, suggestive or indicative of some misuse of alternate i.d. and illicit use of a proxy or two [of a worker], that same worker likely being connected with Hoener and his business, and the Indiana State Police.

After returning home from Colorado in 1995, Hoener/Blackjack called to say that I was still subject to recall, and that they'd put me in some factories to work, in order to establish a pattern of subversives keeping an eye on undercover operators, and conducting nefarious activity toward them. I was good with that for a time. However, after a number of times, once sufficient evidence was obtained, I found a place or two in which I wanted to work and would've hired me, but the FBI prevented it. I ended up cuttingtrees and firewood for a living, and was not allowed to veer from that for a few years, being Hoener stating to me that it was that, or no work at all. Eventually, they let me work in a factory for something like usually 3-4 months or less, during the off season for cutting. This is tyranny.

This is happening to a lot of people, and it needs to stop. There are many more participants than just government people, including employees, some supervisors and managers, and a number of church members, who like to punish people who refuse to go along with denominational errors and falsehoods. As far as I know, Catholics are not taking part in those things; to the best of my knowledge it is Protestants.

The FBI has consistently and persistently misused data and misallocated informers, acting agents, private investigators and even honest, full fledged agents. That Bureau has way too much power, having become like the Pharisees of old times, culminating at the time of Christ, having many civilian supporters who desire to prevent free thinking to reign, or even be allowed. Again, it could easily be accomplished by informers and acting agents or private investigators working under or for the F.B.I. as well.

Fortunately, I had a number of people watching this time. It's time to write your congressmen and women. Some entity or group of people needs to be throttled back, if not castrated. [posted 04/02/2017]

     10. There was a team of operatives placed in the county a while back, by the C.I.A. or one of the other intelligence bureaus other than the F.B.I., stemming from my reports to the C.I.A. There were some glitches in their methods of operation, that primarily being that they seemed to be geared more toward a big city environment than a smaller, rural type of setting; they stuck out like a sore thumb. So I subsequently made a series of reports as needed, to the C.I.A., in order to cause the operatives, who refused/failed/neglected to talk to me or else pay attention, except for one, to revise their manner of operation in order to make it more conducive for a successful operation.
     They did listen to their superiors and started to make progress. Unfortunately, vital information got leaked out to some of the wrong locals, some of whom had been tapping my cell phone and hacking my computer, grabbing messages between my main contact with the operatives and myself, misusing the information and throwing the investigation. Those operatives have since been recalled, that is, pulled from the case.
     There is a stigma in many local peoples' thinking concerning federal operations, that being that anything federal is “Big Brother”, dictatorial, antichrist, however they may choose to label it. That is very untrue and the opposite is usually the fact. In Wabash County there is a clique within the establishment, comprised of government people and civilians, including many in the organized church who, rather than curbing what corruption does exist with some of the federal people, instead seek to destroy all facets of federal operations, all the while attempting to hide the corruption which exists in the local and state environments.
     One of the biggest impediments is the intervention of the church into government matters, and vice versa, brought on mostly by church members rather than the government, though some illicit recruiting from the church is often done by select government personnel, though I believe the number of agents or officers who conduct such things is small. That is a direct, major and blatant violation of separation of church and state. Not only that, but experience has revealed that very few church members are fit for investigative duty of any kind, primarily because they cling to denominational views of the church, many of which carry errors and personal bias, which thing is in large contrast to the Constitution of the United States of America and the true essence of the spirit of liberty and freedom. In Wabash County,members of the church has been the biggest glitch in proper law enforcement than anything else, more than all other factors combined.
     I recently relayed pertinent information the F.B.I., in order to stop the results of operatives being manipulated and misguided. For a number of years I believed that the F.B.I. had made victims out of whistle blowers against corruption, and to some extent that has been true. However, it may be that certain nefarious operatives (not those listed here) who conducted illegal operations during the nineties were never caught and continued to undermine legitimate investigations, making it appear that it has been the F.B.I.
     Those crooked operatives have worked in conjunction with, as before, shady local and state operators for years. Some of what I recently relayed to the C.I.A. Concerns unlawful abductions and a blueprint for white slavery, up to and including induction into the underground porn industry, and not one person has ever contacted me, other than one contact, who has been under orders or duress tonot make any contact with me except for text messages, not so much as a phone call. During our process of communication, some of my messages have been intercepted, being prevented from reaching that operative. And to add to it, most of the operators won't even communicate to one another except in short quips and snippets of information, as well as innuendo and intimation, which sets the stage for a myriad of mis-communication and misdirection, thus corrupt tactics and agendas by administrators [see 'The Crypto Explanation'].
     This quagmire of ethics is not restricted to the Wabash region by any means, as it being initiated and perpetuated nation-wide. The organized church has a substantial number of members who apparently have the thesis of derelicts from past ages: 'We shall afflict thee, and torment thee, and treat thee despitefully in the name of the lord our loving god, in order that thou mayest learn to love the lord our loving god'. Biblically speaking, they are satan's workers.
     The one key that many or most investigators and other undercover operators have forgotten is that communication is key: up front, clear, concise, understandable talk, verbally, or even online, using secure methods such as vpn. The computer, though filled with technology and viable in many respects for a number of endeavors, is no more secure than the old switchboard system, unless one works constantly to ward off eavesdroppers, and cell phones are worse.

11. Jon P. Keppel and I are not, nor have ever been, investigative partners. I made him an offer to, back before 1998, but he never coincided with any information, using the opportunity to infiltrate to where he didn't belong, upsetting some cases I was working for the FBI. He is known to expose good investigators and informers, and has been aligned with the mafia. Any info on him should likely be reported to the FBI or/and U.S. Marshals.

One attribute of him was illustrated in 2006. He hired a tree cutter to cut some trees down to the south of house, which were in the middle of a field in a swampy spot, telling the tree cutter that he had checked and it was okay to remove them. The trees were felled and hauled off to a log buyer, every dime of the money subsequently taken by Jon, and the tree cutter was never paid, the tree cutter's portion being around $400. When the worker confronted Jon on it, he said that he needed the money to buy his mother some glasses. When the mother was asked about it, the tree cutter having believed Jon's heartfelt story, Jon's mother knew nothing about any glasses.

Later, there were problems over the trees having been cut down, because the small area was a protected wetland, government money being paid to the owner for that area.

This is the kind of people whom our local, state and federal governments have been disseminating confidential information to, Jon having gained access at various times to reports made to some of our county, state and federal law enforcement/DOJ entities.

That was not the first time by far that that particular tree cutter had been ripped off by Jon.

In another incident, a blonde female who worked at Video Unlimited in 1998-99, came up missing for 3 weeks after I mentioned her to U.S. Marshal April ______, in charge of a Witness Protection Program, and somehow, Jon found out about that, thereafter sometimes making innuendos about certain people having identity changes, people who were checking things out and exposing government corruption, also intimating that he was involved in coercing her to participate in unconstitutional activity towards others.

Jon Keppel has had ties, at one time or another, at least alluding to the fact, with the Wabash County Sheriff's Dept., the F.B.I., the C.I.A. and the U.S. Marshals, at one time stating outright that he has had ties with the C.I.A. and the mafia, sometimes making threats to others.

     12. Some years ago, an elderly couple who worked part time at a gas station in Wabash, IN, were robbed of over $4,000 worth of various types of equipment. They found out that it was 2-3 police informants, and went to their handler about it. The finding was that the cop, Jerry Martin, determined it to be true and some things were returned, less than half, and the informants weren't dealt with very harshly, some lame excuse being given. I'd reported the incident to the FBI at Colorado Springs, sometime before 2006, and that may be the only reason that any reparation was made at all.
     Recently, I discovered that, on top of a series of thefts by those informants, the one main one, Josie Wilcox, stole a man and wife's truck and gave it to a friend of his to drive, in Kokomo, IN. The couple had to track down the truck, because apparently the cops wouldn't do so. No charges were pressed, the reason evidently being expressly stated by the man's current handler, "...we're not going to press charges because he's an informant...".

13. There is some quite undue correlation between the Indiana State Police, and thus likely the C.I.A., and has been some with the F.B.I. and/or a retired F.B.I. special agent, with nefarious members of the Wabash Free Will Baptist Church on Erie St., Wabash, IN, and some defunct members of other churches.

14. There is an article upcoming concerning a small group of females who are running scams on Facebook and were/are working an operation for the C.I.A., but are likely running their own agenda behind the scenes. They may be using names and pictures not actually theirs, and some are masters of disguise techniques. The ones I know about so far who are on Facebook, and are not located where they say they are include: Rose Jessy; Felicia Marshall; Tina Wilson; Rose Harnandez; Joe Mercy; Sara Reem; Ciara Heart; Daisy Molly; Boakye Ebenezer; Chantelle Dufrox;; Klinle Gacria.

I an naming the article, the "Bay of Tarts", because it not only involves a group of primarily women who use their more vivacious attributes by which to con for funds, but the entire operation has been synonymous with the "Bay of Pigs" during Kennedy's Presidency.
