SOME TIMELY QUOTATIONS

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around (the banks) will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.

     A little over half a century later, another President gave a rather prophetical warning in the form of a statement, which is very relevant today:

…the money powers prey upon the nation in times of peace, and conspire against it in times of adversity…is more despotic than monarchy, more insolent than autocracy, more selfish than bureaucracy. I see in the near future a crisis emerging which unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. Corporations have been enthroned, an era of corruption will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong it's’ reign, by working upon the prejudices of the people, until the wealth is aggregated in a few hands, and the republic is destroyed.

     There are many more quotations by good and well qualified people, warning of the danger of banks, corporations and the military industrial complex gaining too much power. But this particular section will feature the Constitution of the United States of America, as well as quotations from our founding fathers.      THE SECOND CONTINENTAL CONGRESS COMMITTED TO THIS ON JULY 4TH, 1776, AND IT WAS UNANIMOUS AMONGST THE ORIGINAL 13 STATES.


     When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. (I do not believe that it is the system which is inadequate, but the problems stem from the abuses and twisted interpretations of our Constitution-We all respect a preacher whom lives what he preaches, do we not? Should we veer from the Bible because of some whom twist and deceive?)

     We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,(How many laws, bills, decrees, etc., have been passed without we the people even being asked?)--That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying it’s foundation on such principles and organizing it’s powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.(It is we the peoples’ right to peaceably gather, and to protest. In Denver, at the Democratic National Convention, police were caught dressing up as protestors and attacking other police, in order to have a reason to abolish the right to gather, protest, for free speech, and this is what certain bad apples in our government have done: they try to brainwash the people into believing that the system is in error, in order to enact new laws which go against our country’s system’s foundation, presenting a façade that these new laws are for our own good). Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience has shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.(History has shown that many dictators have done the same thing as is being done to us now; they have abused a good system, casting a bad shadow on that system, and turned it into a barbaric, torturous, treasonous society- Within ½ hour of one of the Twin Towers falling, a U.S. Senator was on the radio, stating that all Americans should be prepared to give up their rights for the good of the country. Do we give up our rights as a homeowner because someone broke in and vandalized our home? No, we catch the culprit. Do we need to give up our rights as the homeowner in order to make it more secure? To say yes would be absolute nonsense). Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states.      He has refused his assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

     He has forbidden his governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.(President Obama considered the second stimulus package so pressing and important, that he gave congress and the senate 1 hour to read a document over 1,000 pages, but then he took a four day vacation before signing it, stating that it wasn’t that pressing-makes David Copperfield look like a bungler).

     He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

     He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

     He has dissolved representative houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people. (Would that be like the White House threatening martial law in America if the Congress and Senate refused to vote the new stimulus package in, as well as wrecking the stock market?)

     He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the legislative powers, incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their exercise; the state remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

     He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations here, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands.

     He has obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers. (What has appointing czars done?)

     He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries. (Reportedly, there has been an unprecedented increase in the pay of some federal employees).

     He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent here swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

     He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies without the consent of our legislatures.

     He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to the civil power. (Reportedly there are 20,000 battle hardened military troops patrolling America’s streets, and Mr. Obama is reportedly seeking to implement a 2 million member, civilian, para-military security force. Yet the White House wants to take away all of our guns? We are at war overseas, but where is the military war here in America? I believe that numerous reports have shown what really brought down the Twin Towers, and the other tower, on 9/11)(see 911 Tragedy for a report)

     He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation. (Since when did we need the United Nations to make our decisions for us? If somebody’s barn burns down, and all the neighbors band together to build a new one, once done, they all go home. That act does not make each neighbor subject to the rest. Each does his own thing. Mr. Obama has made this whole country subject to the decisions of a few foreign banking institutions. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 illegally created a group of criminal power and money mongers, which has almost destroyed our nation. Former President Woodrow Wilson was duped by them, and apologised to the country for his mistake-we have never recovered from the greed and corruption of this institution which is not a government entity at all, but rather is a privately owned corporation, holding this country hostage).

     For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us: (Did former President Clinton really attempt to give our national parks to the United Nations?)

     For protecting them, by a mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states: (Did our military really give medical aid to Osama bin Laden at some point after the Twin Tower collapse?)

     For cutting off our trade with all parts of the world:

     For imposing taxes on us without our consent: (Did Mr. Obama ask we the people if we wanted to be taxed with over 100 new taxes to pay for the new health care and the stimulus packages?)

     For depriving us, in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury: (According to Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, “people will be put on the no fly list who are maybe possible terrorists. And once on that list they will no longer have any rights to own a firearm”. 25,000 people per month are being put on the no fly lists. Even Saddam Hussein was given a trial).

     For transporting us beyond seas to be tried for pretended offences. (How is it that so many of the Arabs whom supposedly piloted the jets which crashed into the Twin Towers have been found alive in various places?)

     For abolishing the free system of English Laws in a neighboring province, establishing therein an arbitrary government, and enlarging it’s boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these colonies. (Is this what is being implemented for Africa, under Afri-Comm.(even though parts of Africa are always in turmoil)?

     For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments:

     For suspending our own legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

     He has abdicated government here, by declaring us out of his protection and waging war against us. (The New World Order, which Adolph Hitler would love, is doing these things. President Obama wants to federalize the whole country, thus taking away state’s rights, take away the system of checks & balances, do away with our most basic rights, and has even stated that we all want a new world order. They didn’t ask me. Did they ask you? By attempting to make the United States Constitution null and void, whether outright or thru craftiness, those whom do this have declared war on we the people, thus on America).

     He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. (They have all but done this thru crafty, financial means, all unconstitutional, meaning the highest form of illegality).

     He is at this time transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the head of a civilized nation. (How can a president go to war against a nation which housed people whom have not been proven to have committed an act of aggression or war against this country, especially when the scientific facts support otherwise-www.loosechange911.com is an excellent reference, as well as many others)(The towers were the first three in history to collapse due to fire, and the two which were on fire were neither “hot” fires nor sufficiently lengthy to cause that much damage. Government reports were mostly all lies)

     He has constrained our fellow citizens taken captive on the high seas to bear arms against their country, to become the executioners of their friends and brethren, or to fall themselves by their hands.

     He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions. (The Indians could be brutal, that is true, but even the Apaches were willing to share the land with the Whites, until the Whites got greedy and wanted it all. It is documented that General Custer, and I believe Andrew Jackson, would wait until the warriors were out hunting or fighting another tribe, and go in and kill all the women and children. There were also instances of the Whites giving the Indians blankets and other material, which had been infected with smallpox, purposely wiping out whole tribes. This brings up another point: people ask, would our own government purposely cost American lives? The historical point I just mentioned already answered that question. What America did to the Native American is like this: the Pilgrims were starved and bedraggled, and found assistance with the Red Man. Once they regained strength, they attacked and destroyed the helping hand. A human being is a human being. Would our government destroy or enslave us? Read history and form your own opinion)

     In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated oppressions have been answered only by repeated injury. A prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people. (George H.W. Bush ushered in, officially, the new world order, and Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush made unconstitutional changes which furthered it. Now, President Obama is attempting to deliver the coup de grace’, which will finish destroying a once sovereign, unique and blessed nation. All the evidence points to most every President of the United States since JFK being mostly a puppet on a string. But…they have all gone along with what the real “authority” figures have wanted. The United States Government waged a war of attrition against the Native Americans, quite unjustly, and now it is against all of us in the present age. Now just as then, they knew that they could not defeat the Red Man in physical warfare, so they destroyed their food supply, in order to break them down enough to concede to their policies of western expansionism. That was after efforts at completing an official policy of extermination (at least against some tribes) failed. We the people have been nice for too long. They want to take our guns, a viable means of self defense, yet install a multi-million “peace-keeping” force within our borders? It is a proven fact in many cities in America, that a town in which every household has an operable firearm, has a much reduced crime rate-PROVEN FACT. The same applies to hostile invasion. I was told a true story a short time ago, by a man whom lived in Nogales, Arizona. He said that everyone of capable age was required to carry a firearm(I haven’t had time to research whether that is law officially or if it was an unwritten edict). He was in a liquor store, in which were 10 or 12 other customers as well. An armed robber entered the store and demanded money from the cashier. Seconds later, the would be robber heard a series of clicks, that is, weapons being readied for firing. No one was hurt and no robbery occurred. To me, that says it all).

     Nor have we been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war, in peace friends. (I have talked to people, whom have written and emailed our congressmen and senators, and apparently we are being ignored. Who do these people think they are? We are not their servants or slaves. In fact, it is the other way around; they are the public servants. Also, the senate and the house and the congressmen have moaned and groaned because they were made to read and/or listen intently to a recent bill before they voted on it. So apparently, they have been voting either yea or nay on bills which they haven’t even bothered to read. That is the equivalent of playing Russian Roulette, with our lives. I’ll bet they read every word of a bill which proposes a pay raise for their selfish selves)

     We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress, assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world (that is, God, not President Obama and his staff) for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by authority of the good people of these colonies, solemnly publish and declare, that these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be free and independent states (tenth amendment): that they are absolved from all allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connections between them and the state of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as free and independent states, they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

     Is the twisting of the Constitution a new thing? Here is what Thomas Jefferson said long ago: “On every question of construction, let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed.”
     Do you suppose that the founding fathers knew that there would be people in government whom would try to exact from others what they themselves would not be willing to adhere to? George Washington said, “If, to please the people, we offer what we ourselves disapprove, how can we afterwards defend our work? Let us raise a standard to which the wise and honest can repair. The event is in the hand of God”.
     What had been said about the way our White House gets everyone worked up into a frenzy, without actually telling the people what they are about? In other words, creating a false atmosphere of hope without all, or any, of the real facts. George Washington said, in part, “….influence is no government”. Remember, Adolph Hitler was very charismatic, though not much to look at (especially the hairdo), and created a major aura of influence, backed by lies and deception.
     Where does the power belong, and what can we do when it is abused/misused? Again, George Washington stated, “The power under the Constitution will always be in the people. It is entrusted for certain defined purposes, and for a certain limited period, to representatives of their own choosing; and whenever it is executed contrary to their interest, or not agreeable to their wishes, their servants can, and undoubtedly will, be recalled”. How long has Henry Kissinger been in, and he has helped us in what way?
     Do we even really need a Constitution? Here is what Alexander Hamilton, John Jay and James Madison thought: "If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary. In framing a government which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: you must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself”.
     Daniel Webster apparently foresaw some of our Presidents: “…I am committed against everything which, in my judgement, may weaken, endanger or destroy (the Constitution)…and especially against all extension of executive power; and I am committed against any attempt to rule the free people of this country by the power and the patronage of the government itself”. (i.e., the “Patriot” Act and others)
     What did Daniel Webster have to say about those whom claim to have good intentions? “It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters.”
     What can we do about bad rulers? “In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.” Thomas Jefferson
     Did our founding fathers think up the Constitution all on their own, or was much of it an already established and viable concept? “I first saw the Constitution of the United States in a fireign country…I read it with great satisfaction, as the result of good heads prompted by good hearts, as an experiment better adapted to the genius, character, situation, and relations of this nation and country than any other which had ever been proposed…I have repeatedly laid myself under the most serious obligations to support the Constitution…What other form of government, indeed, can so well deserve our esteem and love?” John Adams
     Can we remain free by being kept in the dark, and by certain viewpoints being hidden from our view? “A well instructed people alone can be permanently a free people.” James Madison, and here are some words of wisdom from Thomas Jefferson: “Say…whether peace is best preserved by giving energy to the government, or information to the people. This last is the most certain and the most legitimate engine of government. Educate and inform the whole mass of the people. Enable them to see that it is their interest to preserve peace and order, and they will preserve them. And it requires no very high degree of education to convince them of this. They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty”. An FBI agent once told me, “if we told the population everything that goes on, there’d be riot and revolution”. Well, now we are starting to find out, yet it does not have to be a bloody and violent revolution. That is dependent upon those whom have robbed us. We know, that because of all of the turmoil going on outside of this country, and because of many of the enemies that our government has made, we have concerns both within and without. But from a purely historical viewpoint, once the Jews escaped the iron fist of Pharaoh, they had it pretty rough…but they were free, and they made it. As far as I’m concerned, better dead than red. In the words of Patrick Henry, “…I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty or give me death”.

     At some point in time, not so long ago, when our government pledged every man, woman and child as surety for a loan from the federal reserve bank(credit to Wayne Paul, Ron Paul's brother) (which they had no right to do), they must have really twisted this excerpt by Thomas Jefferson: “I know of no safe depositor of the ultimate powers of (a) society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power”.

     Government class in high school was, to me, boring, but it is very necessary, and I did learn some things. Now, I have to study & research twice as hard to learn about the government, and it’s abuses. The government system itself is not our enemy, but rather some of the people whom are in the government. To defeat your enemy, study your enemy. Some timely advice from George Washington, to all: “A primary object…should be the education of our youth in the science of government. In a republic, what species of knowledge can be equally important? And what duty more pressing…than communicating it to those who are to be the future guardians of the liberties of the country?”

     What compelled the founding fathers to pen a country’s foundations which consists of liberty and freedom? “Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters”-Benjamin Franklin.

     “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other”.-John Adams

     How has our country gotten to the state that it is in? From all of us failing in this: “Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensible supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens…Let it simply be asked, where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice?” George Washington. Nobody, including the President and his cabinet, are above the law. They are nobody’s God, and nobody’s masters.

     WE, AS FREE AMERICANS, NEED TO DEMAND THAT OUR GOVERNMENT ABIDE BY THE CONSTITUTION, AND CLOSE THE LOOPHOLES WHICH ALLOW CORPORATIONS AND LOBBYISTS TO SET STANDARDS WHICH BENEFIT ONLY THEMSELVES, WITH THE MINDSET OF WILLIAM LLOYD GARRISON, PUBLISHER OF THE LIBERATOR; "I AM IN EARNEST.      There are those whom claim to believe that the Constitution, the very foundation principles upon which the USA has been built, is outdated and needs to be replaced. Before going on to the exact wording of the outlay, here is a quotation, which one could very easily have stated in this generation, right after this section, in bold print. You may be surprised not only at it’s relevancy, but very surprised as to whom originally made this statement. Our Constitution is not outdated. This country is on the brink of being destroyed. Just as the nation of Israel was sorely punished many times, according to the Bible, for discarding Godly principles, if this country continues to do so, it will be punished as well, and probably much more sorely. Israel is God's chosen nation, not the United States. And we may be as blessed as we have been, because of the Jewish people whom reside here, in part. I say this as someone whom has absolutely no Jewish ancestry at all. (see Romans 9:6-8, 11:-24)

     If you choose not to believe in the Bible, that is your right. And if you don't, you can look at it as such: unless you are full blooded Native American, you can't say that you are entitled to be here in America, except for the Constitution. I am composed of four different races, one of which is a small part Cherokee.

     I believe in the Christian faith, but no matter what a person's faith is, I think it is pretty unanimous, that in order to have a decent country in which to live, Godly principles must be used as a basis. A perfect example of man's conscience leaning towards codes of ethics, is found in The Code of Hammurrabi, an ancient Babylonian king, whom lived and reigned actually before Moses.

     Anything can be misused, including a perfect set of morals, standards or ethics. Our Constitution is near perfect, but it has been twisted and misused. It is not the original system which is flawed, it is a succession of power and money hungry leaders and their hidden puppet masters, whom, if they get their way, you will likely not even have the freedom of choice to have no religion. You will be told what to believe and what to do.

     There is an old saying, "religion has caused more wars than anything". That saying is utterly misleading. Failure to adhere to true religion has likely caused many wars, but not religion, and certainly not the Christian faith.
