"The liberties of a people never were, nor ever will be, secure, when the transactions of their rulers may be concealed from them." Patrick Henry
Lord Acton, quotes about Liberty:
"Liberty, next to religion has been the motive of good deeds and the common pretext of crime...", "By liberty I mean the assurance that every man shall be protected in doing what he believes his duty against the influence of authority and majorities, custom and opinion.", "Liberty is not a means to a higher political end. It is the highest political end."
John Adams: "The jaws of power are always open to devour, and her arm is always stretched out, if possible, to destroy the freedom of thinking, speaking, and writing.", "[You have Rights] antecedent to all earthly governments: Rights, that cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws; Rights, derived from the Great Legislator of the universe.
John Adams, quotes about Religion:
The priesthood have, in all ancient nations, nearly monopolized learning.... And, even since the Reformation, when or where has existed a Protestant or dissenting sect who would tolerate A FREE INQUIRY? The blackest billingsgate, the most ungentlemanly insolence, the most yahooish brutality is patiently endured, countenanced, propagated, and applauded. But touch a solemn truth in collision with a dogma of a sect, though capable of the clearest proof, and you will soon find you have disturbed a nest, and the hornets will swarm about your legs and hands, and fly into your face and eyes.
SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE. PROHIBITING THE FREE PRACTICE OF ONE'S CHOSEN RELIGION IS DETRIMENTAL TO FREEDOM; PROMOTING ONE RELIGION OVER ANOTHER IS TO REVERT BACK TO WHAT THE FOUNDING FATHERS LEFT ENGLAND TO BE RID OF: Amendment I-
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

A CONSTITUTIONAL VIEWPOINT WITH A BIBLICAL UNDERTONE AND OUTLOOK, YET REMAINING CONSTITUTIONALLY SOUND
"Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free"
Why does our government not seem to be able to really help America? "They have set up kings, but not by me...[saith the Lord] Hosea 8:4, 10:3 > I Corinthians 10:11
America is past the point of returning to it's former, bad ways > Hosea 11:5, and must choose > I Kings 18:24
Freedom to Choose is Not a Privilege; It is a God-Given Right and Order: And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat...
"There are two histories : official history, lying, and then secret history, where you find the real causes of events." Honore de Balzac
In the very first issue of his anti-slavery newspaper, the Liberator, William Lloyd Garrison stated, "I do not wish to think, or speak, or write, with moderation. . . . I am in earnest -- I will not equivocate -- I will not excuse -- I will not retreat a single inch -- AND I WILL BE HEARD."
“How dismal it is to see present day Americans yearning for the very orthodoxy that their country was founded to escape.”
― Christopher Hitchens
“The purpose of separation of church and state is to keep forever from these shores the ceaseless strife that has soaked the soil of Europe in blood for centuries.
[Letter objecting to the use of government land for churches, 1803]”
― James Madison
“The government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion.”
― George Washington
“I believe in an America where the separation of church and state is absolute - where no Catholic prelate would tell the President (should he be Catholic) how to act, and no Protestant minister would tell his parishioners for whom to vote - where no church or church school is granted any public funds or political preference - and where no man is denied public office merely because his religion differs from the President who might appoint him or the people who might elect him.
I believe in an America that is officially neither Catholic, Protestant nor Jewish - where no public official either requests or accepts instructions on public policy from the Pope, the National Council of Churches or any other ecclesiastical source - where no religious body seeks to impose its will directly or indirectly upon the general populace or the public acts of its officials - and where religious liberty is so indivisible that an act against one church is treated as an act against all.
[Remarks to the Greater Houston Ministerial Association, September 12 1960]”
― John F. Kennedy

SPECIAL SECURITY NEWS & RESEARCH IS MOSTLY BACK TO FULL PAR. SOME PAGES STILL NEED WORK, AND WE CONSTANTLY ADD CONTENT.
Be it known that the only oath taken by Todd Slee, to the United States Government, is an oath to the United States Army, part of which is to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States of America, which he takes seriously, a vow concerning certain aspects of the AH-1s Attack helicopter, and a twenty year word of honor pertaining to the assassination of a murderer he participated in .
Concerning oaths, in my opinion, any oath which prevents someone from exposing wrongs and/or people's rights being violated, is automatically made null and void. If it ain't Constitutional, it don't amount to anything!
