"Silence in the face of evil is evil itself"-Dietrich Bonhoffer

I was once commissioned as an acting FBI street agent, which is hard to verify, though a few people have done so, as it was all “under the table”, because I was investigating corruption in law enforcement. I was told that once an agent, technically always an agent, though I haven’t been commissioned for years. I also never took an oath of secrecy. The postings about officers, officials and most others here were posted only after repeated attempts to remedy the situations. Those attempts were met with lying and/or avoidance and/or abuse/misuse of information and/or authority. Most of these incidents occurred several years to a decade and a half ago. Unfortunately, the culprits were never dealt with and the same tactics are still being used. These people and methods are more sinister than it appears. Beware.

1. A female named _____, or ________, who works at a Wells Fargo bank, has done some sleuthing for the FBI, and abused the authority, causing some people to be unjustly afflicted, and uses surreptitious "recruitment" methods in order to cause people to start informing (posted 03/07/2015). Also along the same lines, beware of a blonde female who has ties with city, county, state and federal agencies. Under the guise of rooting out corruption in law enforcement, she sets the stage for problems covertly, using people as pawns, drawing out some corruption. But most of the corruption that she "investigates" stems from platforms and scenarios which she has created herself. She and her group are, in reality, worse than most of the original culprits of an anarchist, "underground" entity prevalent in the Wabash County region during the nineties . Evidence also suggests that she is CIA trained, and now used by the FBI to gain more power than they already have. Incidentally, the CIA has mostly cleaned up from twenty years ago, while the FBI has become more corrupt and power hungry. She worked at the Video Unlimited in Wabash, IN, on N. Cass St., during 1998 and 1999, and may have worked at the Huntington Video Unlimited before that. She was fired for some kind of illicit activity. (posted 03/07/2015)

2. A female who formerly worked at Francis Slocum Bank, has, along with her cohorts, among other things, undermined some legitimate investigations, which thing has harmed the public at large and law enforcement efforts, as well as certain individuals. Evidence has shown that they have also been associated with one or another organized crime entity and the CIA, as well as the ISP, Wabash City Police and the Wabash County Sheriff's Dept., during the nineties, as well as underground organizations. At least one organized crime entity reprimanded them some years ago, as did the FBI. She also worked some crime in Colorado in 1993-95, under the guise of the Wabash City/County Police. Some known things in particular to look for, primarily with her and a few cohorts include: unlawful use of a social security number; unlawful entrapment; libel/slander; conspiracy to commit murder; invasion of privacy; misrepresentation of facts; intimidation; perjury; false reporting; framing; numerous acts of psychological warfare; participation in illegal/illicit forced/coerced name change scheme; reckless endangerment; various forms of industrial espionage; blackmail; falsification of reports; using churches as information hub/informant platform, to name a few. One of her trademarks has been creating conditions, via people within their information network, in which there appears to be little choice but to make reports to law enforcement, and then manipulating that person further, via those same people in that network, which includes/included officers as well. During the nineties that "underground", loose-knit organization, comprised of people from all walks of life, used a form of verbal cryptology with which to communicate. That form of communication was highly effective in escaping detection by investigators, which we broke, but was also very highly subject to misuse by anyone in the chain of communication. She has also traded places with another female, in order to avoid lying to investigators, which method some of those around her have supported. It is unknown, except to the FBI and CIA, where this female's proxy was born, where she attended school, who her relatives are, and where her current whereabouts are. The main culprit's native origin will remain undisclosed as well. Another trademark and method of escaping prosecution of both her and that organization has been extensive use of proxies, that is, having other people assume the culprit's identity. The observable way they orchestrated that was to use someone who at least fairly closely resembles that person. Added to that the fact that people in investigative or intelligence work know how disguise methods work, the method can and has been successful. There are also various other means by which that method is caused to be successful. Both of these persons and/or associates of theirs have,atone time or another, told, implied, suggested or otherwise conveyed that they have worked with me on investigating projects. That is not so in any sense of the word. Some years ago, after she was caught in certain wrongdoings, and the FBI asked me if I thought she should be shown some leniency in allowing her to aid them, rather than just prosecuting her, as it was thought she would reform, I warily agreed. At times, she tried to work her old tricks under the radar. She often does as told, yet abuses her liberty by covertly doing damage to those with whom she has a personal/business vendetta. She should be considered a public menace. The original place of birth and upbringing, as well as the current state of abode of this person will remain undisclosed. In the culprit's own words, "it must have been someone else". The group to which these females have belonged operate under the thesis that all government is oppressive and somehow evil, often instigating incidents to make it appear that government personnel are harassing people, so that it sets the stage for that group to recruit them. It is modeled after the "underground railroad" of the Civil War era and is simply a guise, possibly for the New York crime syndicate. For a number of years, both of these females have used people who could pass as others, , and have fooled law enforcement, infiltrating them and undermining investigations, using info gained to punish the law abiding and reward the criminal. They are also fond of covertly harassing/intimidating people, attempting to get them to react in unlawful manners, in order to get charges pressed on them or take them to court. To date, she has continued causing, or trying to cause, dissension between myself and others, and attempts to cause certain people to need to make reports to law enforcement, a continuation of an old entrapment method of recruiting informants. She is also using a church as a platform from which to implement harassment upon certain people. (posted 07/28/2014) (updated 01/20/2015).

A renter called the Wabash County Planning Commission in/around August of 2016, requesting information on having a health code inspection conducted, being concerned that the residence may have asbestos in it, stating specifically that health codes were involved, though not mentioning an asbestos suspicion. As of the day before Thanksgiving, 2016, the tenant had not been contacted back by Mike Howard.

The individual happens to be patriotic and has made formal complaints against the F.B.I., particularly a former special agent [ret.] from the Colorado Springs, Colorado resident agency, who has a private investigation business, specializing in fraud investigations. That same agent and/or a proxy, Neil Hoener (ret. from Colorado Springs) has an informant base in the Wabash Valley region, has been in the area recently, including Wal-Mart in Warsaw, IN, and has upset a number of legitimate investigations, unlawfully had innocent people uprooted from employment and residences, lied about people and claimed case work which he didn't do. That agent has also intimidated public officials, including Terri Weaver, Wabash County Prosecutor's Detective, into keeping silent about such wrongdoings. That agent has also covertly prevented people from making career and habitation changes and caused undue dissension between select targets and family and/or friends, co-workers, etc. He may be operating under a different name than he used while in Colorado, and may also be under federal protection. He may also be a part of a scheme by informers and other corrupt investigators who attempt to exact payment for work they have done on cases reported to the government, which tactic is illegal, and he has been involved with the United States Marshals, U.S. Dept. of State, C.I.A., and may also be associated with the mafia. 4. There is a male who has been mistaken for me, . I don't know where exactly he is from, but he does business in/around Wabash, and I don't know if he has done anything to represent himself as me, but sometimes, law enforcement personnel, and the criminal element, will manipulate people in order to achieve that effect. I also don't know how close a resemblance he is to me, but I am told that it is close enough to pass for me if a person doesn't know me that well. We are not associated in any way. There is a variety of abuses of authority, as well as crimes against the people, and a link between the two entities, which the FBI could have remedied years ago, but did not. Instead, cases were prolonged, culprits were employed as informants/investigators, crimes by officials were covered up and people continue to be covertly abused and misused. There is one person in particular who stood to benefit from cases either being greatly prolonged, or not even solved and closed at all: an FBI Special Agent [ret] from Colorado Springs, CO . There are also other people who stood to benefit from the same, including Wabash County officials and civilians, and there is a chance that someone intends to make it look like it was that special agent who sabotaged cases and prolonged the investigations. One entity which could be doing that is the Indiana State Police, Peru, IN, and a wily, crafty, manipulative, panhandling blonde, who has been associated with the ISP, Wabash City and County Police, U.S. Marshall's Service, the CIA, likely the mafia, the FBI and many civilians.

6. SOME YEARS AGO, I BELIEVE IT WAS SHORTLY AFTER BOB LAND BECAME A DETECTIVE FOR THE INDIANA STATE POLICE, I CALLED TO TALK TO HIM. HE WAS UNAVAILABLE FOR A WEEK OR TWO, HAVING WENT TO SOME SCHOOL FOR SPECIAL TRAINING. THE OFFICER SAID IT WAS MY SCHOOL, MEANING SOME TRAINING ORCHESTRATED BY FINDINGS I MADE WHEN IN COLORADO, AS WELL AS FINDINGS MADE IN WABASH COUNTY PREVIOUSLY. PROBLEM IS, I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IMPLEMENTING SUCH A SCHOOL, ALTHOUGH I HAD SUBMITTED A SPECIAL REPORT TO THE FBI IN COLORADO PREVIOUSLY, OUTLINING WAYS TO CONDUCT CERTAIN INVESTIGATIONS, AS PERTAINING TO COP/INFORMANT CORRUPTION, INDUSTRIAL ESPIONAGE, ASSASSINATION SETUPS (LOW LEVEL) AND A COUPLE OTHER ITEMS, IN A STRICTLY CONSTITUTIONAL MANNER.

ANOTHER PROBLEM IS, MUCH OF THE INFO FROM MY FINDINGS HAS BEEN ABUSED. FOR EXAMPLE, I ONCE STATED TO AN FBI AGENT, "THE WAY MOST PEOPLE ARE, YOU COULD GET THEM TO BELIEVE ANYTHING BUT THE TRUTH". I MEANT THAT AS KIND OF A COMPLAINT AND A GENERALIZATION. UNFORTUNATELY, SOME PEOPLE TOOK IT AND RAN WITH IT, COMING UP WITH "PROGRAMS" TO GET PEOPLE TO BELIEVE LIES [INCIDENTALLY, THAT IS PART OF A METHOD TO CAUSE INNOCENT PEOPLE TO BE MURDERED, OSTRACIZED, DEMEANED AND/OR PLACED INTO A FEDERAL WITNESS PROTECTION PROGRAM. ANY INFORMATION CAN BE MISUSED/ABUSED]. WHILE OUT THERE, THERE WERE TWO INSTANCES OF THE FBI, UNDER ORDERS FROM HIGHER UPS THAN THE STREET AGENTS THEMSELVES, TRYING TO FRAME THE MOB, AND THE NATIVE AMERICANS, AT TWO SEPARATE INSTANCES, FOR THINGS THAT INFORMANT NETWORKS CONNECTED WITH THE UNDERGROUND WERE DOING. I WAS TOLD THAT BY A FULL FLEDGED, SENIOR FBI AGENT. I SIMPLY WENT TO PEOPLE FROM THOSE TWO GROUPS, TOLD THEM, AND THE UNJUST STING WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. THE HIGHER UPS LATER HAD MY MAIN AGENT ASK ME ABOUT IT, AND I SIMPLY SHOWED THEM HOW TO NAB THE RIGHT PEOPLE WITHOUT GOING AGAINST CONSTITUTIONAL CONCEPTS. THREE MONTHS LATER, THEY WERE SUCCESSFUL AND REALLY HAD NO LEGITIMATE COMPLAINTS ABOUT CONSTITUTIONAL TRESPASSES FROM THE CULPRITS. AT THAT TIME I WAS AN ACTING FBI STREET AGENT WITH LIMITED AUTHORITY AND WAS UNDER ORDERS FOR CERTAIN DUTIES. I DID MOSTLY AS TOLD, SO LONG AS IT DIDN'T INVOLVE GOING AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION. I HAVE ALWAYS REFUSED TO GO AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION. (posted 01/23/2013)

7. It was recently reported to me by a student, that Northfield Jr.-Sr. High School in Wabash County put a student in detention for a day or two for looking at guns on the internet on a computer at school. That is a blatant violation of Constitutional Rights, and is sending the wrong message to people. It is not guns that kill people, it is people that kill people. This kind of act is socialism and it is now apparent that even our rural schools are brainwashing students. (posted November 22nd, 2012). 8. AGENDA 21 ALERT: VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE WHICH WILL AFFECT EVERYBODY, IN A VERY BAD WAY. IT IS BOTH A NATIONAL AND A LOCAL ISSUE, IS NOT A CONSPIRACY THEORY, AND CAN BE RESEARCHED AT: http://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/.... Agenda 21 will, if implemented, will take away personal property and move people to population centers against their will. Note-Remember, most of the unconstitutional policies are not being implemented outright, yet, but rather in covert and subtle manners. 10. When people find out that you undermine corruption, members of the corrupt entity who want to cut ties with that organization often harass the investigator/informant in one way or another, provoking you to report them, rather than contacting you and telling you about it. It's hard to distinguish that from people just doing wrong. However, my suggestion is, when that happens, either ignore them or expose them without reporting them, either privately or publicly if you can legally & ethically do so, and let them burn until they learn to do things the right way. Those types of people are often working in conjunction with crooked cops/agents/informants in order to entice you into getting involved in a huge quagmire of deception. That is one trick of the CIA, whose goal, according to the late Senator Charles Percy, is to create a vast informant network, comprised of ALL people, and our local and state police agencies are filled with CIA agenda. 11. HERE IS A GOOD DESCRIPTION AND DISCUSSION OF WHAT MARTIAL LAW IS: http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/... When considering this, since hard martial law is not implemented, look for "soft" indications of the hard aspects of martial law being implemented. A rather "soft" indication of cops trying to implement martial law happened this week in Roann, IN. Wabash County Sheriff's Deputies were at a home over a domestic dispute. In the meantime, a resident was walking from a friend's home to his home, right after being dropped off there after work, passing the residence on his way home. One of the deputies approached the resident and started asking him questions such as who he is, where he was going, and so on. They said it looked suspicious because he was walking and because he was somewhat dirty (not having been home yet to shower). This is a case of a deputy abusing his authority. Not only that, but a pattern of similar incidents by cops in the county indicate that they are testing the waters, to see how people will react to martial law and whether or not they will protest. 12. There have been a few dishonest police officers in the county who have stated that I was under their auspices in one way or another, during the time that I worked with the FBI. That is simply not true, during any time frame, as those same officers, in years previous, when requesting verification from the FBI that I had worked with them, got the same answer from the FBI, "we have never heard of him". That answer was from agents who have known me for a number of years, and the reason for that answer was for an investigative purpose, by certain investigators, after the initial onslaught of denial by the FBI agents with whom I had conferred/worked with.[They didn't ask me if it was ok if they denied knowing me]. They tried to totally deny having received reports from me, much less having interacted with me They have since acknowledged that I worked with some agents in years past for a while [especially after I contacted the main FBI headquarters]. I also know of a couple of police detectives who were stood down and threatened by their superiors, for attempting to sting some corrupt informants. They reluctantly stood down, but still never went along with the flow. As a result, they have been passed over for promotion, for doing the right thing. A state police detective was also stood down, but decided to go along with the flow, and is now sheriff. My guess is, and this is partly a guess and partly from what I know, that the agents' superiors, somewhere below the main director, likely threatened their careers and retirement (maybe more) if they acknowledged as much corruption in law enforcement as they discovered. All in all, various agencies have used the opportunity to create vast informant networks for themselves, more vast than they already have, rather than taking care of the actual problem. 13. It's surprising how many businesses in Wabash County are more or less being dictated to by government personnel from the county, sometimes from out of the county, particularly by cops, investigators and other law enforcement personnel. Very illegal and unethical. That practice is especially prevalent in the area of hiring/firing. There are people who have been fired after reporting illegal activity in the workplace by informants, and there are people who have been fired for not reporting illegal activity in the workplace. One prime example is a worker at Dexter Axle, N. Manchester, IN, who reported possible drug activity and provocation to both Bob Land (former I.S.P.) and Lonnie Slisher, I.S.P., and got fired. This worker was at work every day, on time and was a good worker. Ironically, one of the culprits has been involved with I.S.P., Wabash City and County Police, C.I.A., FBI and U.S. Marshalls for well over a decade, and has disrupted legitimate law enforcement operations, rewarded the guilty and punished the innocent. 14. About a month ago, I submitted a report to the Indiana State Police, Indianapolis, IN, consisting of some of my activities pertaining to the time of around 1992-1998, while doing private investigation on the side, and while an acting FBI street agent in 1994-95, in Colorado. This was in order to clear up some discrepancies in information originating from the FBI. The ISP may or may not be doing some investigating concerning that, but I am in no way involved in any investigating, informing or any activity pertaining to this. A SERIES OF PATTERNS ARE EMERGING IN THE COUNTY, PERTAINING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER POLICIES, IN ACTUAL PRACTICE, WHICH IS SIMILAR TO THE SAME PATTERNS THAT WERE PREVALENT DURING THE MID TO LATE NINETIES. AT THAT TIME, THE PATTERNS' SOURCE WAS THE INDIANA STATE POLICE AT PERU, DUE TO PRACTICES BY INFORMANTS AND THE HANDLERS' REFUSAL TO DEAL WITH THE CORRUPTION. THE PATTERNS DO NOT INDICATE THAT THEY ARE COMING FROM THE CITY POLICE. IT APPEARS THAT THERE ARE SOME HIDDEN INVESTIGATORS WORKING FOR OR WITH THE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, OF A LOCAL VARIETY, WHICH HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN THE SUBJECT OF REPORTS TO THE INDIANA STATE POLICE AT PERU, AND ONE OF THE PATTERNS IS THAT OF COVERT HARASSMENT AND SECRET INFRINGEMENT OF CONSTITUTIONAL/CIVIL RIGHTS. 17. There is strong evidence to suggest that people with post traumatic stress syndrome are being targeted for covert harassment techniques in order to trigger negative reactions. There are various means to achieve that, many of which have been perfected by the CIA, and to a lesser extent, the FBI, and taught to law enforcement. There are also technological means, including devices which are similar to the ultra sonic dog repellent devices, but designed for humans. Meter readers carry the devices for dogs, which will drop a Pit Bull Terrier to the ground. SWAT teams have devices for humans, which can focus on one person in a group, through walls, temporarily incapacitating them. It has been documented that infrared equipment has been abused by Wabash County Sheriff's Dept. personnel in the not so distant past, and evidence suggests that departments possessing the ultra sonic devices have been abusing them. Variations of these devices have been around for many years. (posted 03/09/2013).

18. A statement that Officer Matt Reboltz made to an individual a year ago, in the presence of 2 witnesses, revealed that he was a part of or privy to an employment manipulation scheme on that individual, very illegal to do.(reposted 05/12/2014)

19. The biggest problem I've seen with the FBI is that they are taught to think investigatively in terms of macroeconomics rather than microeconomics. It's partly due to their outlined mission. However, if enough related microeconomic issues, combined, form a macroeconomic issue, they may pursue that particular case. The original case for which I contacted them was primarily of a microeconomic nature, but with some potential macroeconomic issues, which was discovered to a larger degree later, after they took care of the original problem. But it did initially have the potential for becoming a fairly large case. (posted 01/25/2013).

20. The Wabash County Animal Shelter has, a short while ago, been proclaimed a no-kill animal shelter, in order that they can be considered a not for profit organization. However, when questioned recently due to a dog being put down, that had been advertised as people and child friendly, a good dog, the story went a different way than the business has stated. According to shelter personnel, they are a no-kill shelter. But, they have animals put down by local veterenarians, though a no-kill shelter is supposed to shuffle unadopted animals around to other shelters. The current shelter administration has dogs put down that are unadoptable, their definition of unadoptable being an animal that has not been adopted within 60 days, no matter the animal's demeanor. (posted 11/01/2013). UPDATE- Under the new administration, the Animal Shelter of Wabash County is no longer a complete no kill facility, but rather a "Limited Entrance of Admission". They do not put animals down for lack of space, that is, to make room for new animals. They do, however, put animals down that are deemed unadoptable, which, in some cases, is an animal which has been there for over 60 days. (updated 11/13/2013)

22. After years of the county sheriff's department neglecting/refusing to apprehend certain people involved in undermining legitimate investigations, and those same people gaining access to confidential reports, this series of videos may reveal just why this is so. True Security Services urges everyone to contact their local and state police departments, and state legislators and let them know that the 4th amendment will not be made null and void.(posted May 21st, 2011) I just got a response back from the Indiana State Police, and their policy is to uphold the Constitution, and not to abuse it. (May 25th, 2011) I know quite a few state cops, and I'm sure that some of them will never go against the Original Constitution. The biggest problem with simply saying that someone upholds the Constitution is, that it is being castrated more and more. What we need is for the Original Constitution to be upheld. 24. Some years ago, why did FBI agent Neil Hoener hang up on a caller who reported a county prosecutor and a judge involved in illegal drugs and child slavery? And why, at some point after that, did a man end up in the hospital because someone at his place of employment, the Wabash Landfill, put crack in his food? And why, knowing about the situation, did Bob Land do nothing about it? Or why was he not allowed to do anything about it? 25. In/around 2009, a report was made to Wabash City Police Officer Matt Benson, by an undercover FBI agent [not known to Benson as such], concerning some illegal activities by military personnel who had served in Iraq and self-admittedly stole a large amount of American money. Two of those people were supposed to contact an individual in Wabash County to store the money. The agent gave Benson a cd with evidence, telling him to contact him for pertinent details, as Benson was pressed for time, and a few details were yet to be gotten by the agent. That officer, nor any other officer, ever contacted the agent, and he was avoided by the officer like the plague thereafter. Yet, he has had a tail on the agent at times, thinking the agent wouldn't know. (reposted 11/10/2013)

26. A few years ago, a woman in Roann took in a woman from Wabash as a temporary roomer who was down with an ailment. The roomer managed to steal the woman's life savings. Deputy Rick Monce did next to nothing on investigating, so the victim woman gathered the evidence herself, and even with the help of a victim's advocate, the county prosecutor still refused to press charges, citing lack of sufficient evidence. Yet, the court ordered the culprit to pay the money back, which she never has. One twist to the case is that the culprit is friends with an older pastor from Wabash, who took her under his wing, so to speak, and helped her get a restraining order against the victim. All the victim did was to contact the pastor to try to settle the matter, which is a Biblical precept. To top it off, Deputy Monce had the gall to confront the victim indignantly, after she told the prosecutor that he was not doing his job, which apparently he wasn't. (posted 11/05/2013)

27. It was recently reported that a tall and large Wabash County Sheriff's deputy was intimidating 2 females for posting things on their Facebook pages that he simply didn't like. (posted 11/13/2013)

28. Wabash County's finest at work. Recently, a Wabash County Sheriff's Department Deputy knocked on the door of a residence in Roann, IN, looking for an occupant who had an outstanding warrant. The owner stated that the person was not there, and she wasn't. The deputy stated that he had just seen her walking down the street a short while prior. The owner asked him why he didn't apprehend her when he initially saw her, at which question the deputy became rather angry, and asked permission to search the home, which permission was granted. He "searched" and failed to find her, partly because she wasn't there to begin with. According to witnesses there at the time, in the two story house, the deputy, after calling and waiting for backup, searched only the lower level of the dwelling. The non-violent offender was later taken into custody at her place of employment without incident, unaware that she had a warrant, having called the sheriff's department several days before, in order to take care of it if she had had a warrant. 29. Back around 2003, a worker at Wabash Valley Manufacturing, Silver Lake, IN, reported an excessive amount of drug use in the workplace to ISP Bob Land. Immediate problem was resolved but confidentiality was not kept.

30. About two years ago, a sheriff's deputy, after arresting an unviolent suspect and putting the cuffs on, proceeded to punch the suspect, though the suspect was not resisting. That deputy is no longer on the force due to resigning for unknown reasons. (posted 11/01/2013)

31. Around 3 years ago, 2 students at White's Institute, south of Wabash, claim they witnessed a Wabash County Sheriff's Deputy, a tall, large deputy, flinging a pregnant 16 year old around the room, because she was being beligerant. Those deputies are taught martial arts, and he should have had no trouble subduing her within seconds. Of course, the two witnesses were told (threatened) not to tell. (posted June 2010)

32. There are increasingly more and more culprits resurfacing, who were harassing law abiding citizens and undermining legitimate investigations, being involved in crime rings to begin with, and who kept obtaining confidential reports made to Bob Land, when he was an Indiana State Police Detective. Many of those reports had originally been given to the FBI out of Colorado Springs, CO who, around 2006, started giving those reports to the Indiana State Police Peru Post, when the main FBI agent was getting ready to retire. At one point, Bob land said he could not do anything about cases being undermined, by the very people who were made privy to reports. One entity or another is not doing their job and is lying. There are two or three main possibilities:. (1) The culprits are who FBI Special Agent [ret] Neil Hoener provided confidential information to, and/or; (2) The investigative agency owned/operated by Neil Hoener is responsible, using people from around here; (3) Some unknown entity such as the CIA is out to undermine investigations [which they often do], and make it look like it's some entity that is not doing so [the CIA is the agency of deceptions]. The most likely culprit is the CIA working through the Indiana State Police at Peru, IN, as well as individuals in other government and civilian agencies/entities. No matter who the main culprit is, every single official/investigator I have talked to is guilty of negligence, dereliction of duty and looking out for self, in order to further their own career,excepting a city police investigator, who was simply stopped cold [which was mostly unrelated to my cases, but I mention it due to having interacted with him one time], and FBI Agent Hoener, who was also stopped cold at one time, having been threatened by someone in the DOJ. In all other cases, those same culprits have not been stopped and have worked as informants for one entity or another. The reason for undermining legitimate investigations is part of Obama's plan to fundamentally transform America, to make it marxist, by calling right wrong and wrong right, making crime such as drugs, prostitution, theft, antiChristian intimidation, euthanasia [murder], abortion [murder] and many other crimes legal/acceptable. A few other established/documented findings are: An entity [underground] in Wabash County, which had officials, cops and civilians as members, engaged in crime, would go as far as murder to evade detection; every investigator/official I presented major findings to avoided me shortly after [findings which I had only reported to Neil Hoener at the time, but which a few other agents, and the State Department, knew about]; evidence of severe intimidation was major to anyone who tried to investigate certain problems. Spring 1992-A report made to I.S.P. about pot being grown on a resident's country property. It was specifically stated that it was on the north side of the house, about 50 yards from the house. Detectives showed up and found nothing, because they were looking to the south of the house.

34. Same resident as #33 has friends whom want to use his house for a drug operation. They were told no at the point of a gun (spring 1992). One of those friends also tried to force resident to join some type of underground group, which both criminals and cops belonged to, which resident declined to do. Several incidents occur that summer between resident and partiers wanting to party at the place, which had sat abandoned for years. August 28th, 1992, resident ambushed one night by 3 or more culprits (whom falsely accused him of being a drug dealer) and shootout occurs. A call was made to the ISP the next day by resident, and it seemed the cops already knew about it, and laughed, never showed up to take a report. Two more serious incidents also occurred that summer between resident and assailants. Resident survives and is still living today.

35. The same resident (as #33) is a truckdriver by trade, and was driving intrastate during the summer of 1992. He was being followed around the state by people from Miami & Wabash Counties, so he made a report to the ISP at Peru, IN, also stating that he was going to quit his job and go to a factory job he had lined up. The detective told him that he was not going to go work in a factory, but rather keep driving a truck, and work with them (the cops) whereupon the guy informed the cop of his constitutional rights and freedoms. Items 33-35 all occurred before August 28th, 1992.

36. An auto shop owner bought a business, a former service station, a stipulation being that the fuel tank(s) were to be removed within 3-4 years, which were still nearly full of gasoline, according to official personnel. The tank(s) have yet to be removed, and the current owner has purchased 6 properties since that time, and also cut the vent pipe to below ground level. Gasoline is a known cause of cancer when ingested, and could be a major cause of the water supply being contaminated as often as it is, or needing testing as often as it is. The owner of the property has also been made privy to confidential law enforcement reports pertaining to other people, all cases of which have been thrown. This issue was not even looked into very deeply, yet the EPA or IDEM has caused problems to new owners of a property in Lagro, concerning a ditch behind the business which was filled in, which was reportedly not polluted. One reason the problem has not been remedied may be due to the fact that the owner has had ties with the Wabash County Sheriff's Dept. and the Indiana State Police, thus the CIA, in all probability, as well as a militia group. His ties with the ISP date back many years. He may or may not have ties with the current sheriff's dept., though it is probable, and has conferred with the FBI before. The owner of that property had stated to people previously, that he and I were partners in investigating, which is not true at all. (reposted 01/22/2014)

37. Mid to late 90's, FBI Agent Jon ________ was consulted about informant & possible police corruption in Wabash County. He was very concerned and began investigating. It wasn't long until he found some serious problems and began to intervene. Not much later he called the person back to let him know that he would soon be retiring, implying that it was a mandatory retirement and someone higher up was displeased (Steve Kell took Jon's [place). Around 2007, that same person consulted with U.S. Marshall Grady _________, out of Indianapolis, IN, whom was concerned and started looking into it. A couple weeks after the initial consultation a call was placed to talk to Grady. The officer said he had never heard of Grady, at which time the caller demanded to talk to the officer in charge, and rather blatantly cut thru the facade. Apparently, Grady, too, had to retire. How coincidental. The business of playing dumb was also pulled when that caller had previously talked to U.S. Marshall Lawrence ___________, out of Indy, in between the two.

38. There is a female FBI agent, probably out of either Ft. Wayne or Indianapolis, who was working cases in Wabash County in 2006. During that time, culprits were not being nailed and uninvolved people were being messed with. Also, a group of females under a woman nicknamed Yul were running pretty rampant covertly. Once she was reported to higher authority things calmed down and got back to more normal. That agent may be working the area once again. She is a brunette, built nice and seemingly pleasant. She may be the one who some cops told me can't hit the broad side of a barn with her service pistol. (posted 01/06/2014).

39. According to official reports, there is a motorcycle shop in Wabash whose administrators are attempting to purposely run another, smaller motorcycle shop in Wabash out of business, reportedly stating as such. Evidence indicates that there could be law enforcement personnel involved in the activities of the culprits. There is definitely a law enforcement officer with ties to the large motorcycle shop. 40. There is an informant, an older man, in Wabash County, who has falsely entrapped many people, being in cahoots with a former jailor in the county. He has been an informant for many years, as has his daughter, also an informant who has falsely entrapped many. They both have a habit of intruding into people's lives covertly, via other people, people who are living decent lives, in order to try to subtilly "recruit" them for informant work. 41. 2010, a Wabash County resident gets a breathalyzer from his corrections officer during a visit. Results show positive, and subject denies having been drinking, and there are no signs to indicate that he has, and pleads for another test, though officer is bent on arresting him. Officer finally gives subject another test, and by and by it is found that sesame seeds and/or certain other normal ingredients from a pizza subject had been eating corrupted the results, making it look like he had been drinking.

42. 2-3 years ago, 3 informants of a Wabash City Police Officer, steal around $5,000 worth of equipment & belongings from an elderly couple, and officer refuses to do anything about it, partly because items were old and of no real book value, though still quite functional and in use. A report is made to the FBI, but couple has yet to get anything back. (posted November 2009) At last report, the couple did get some belongings back, but not much, so the attempt was made. 44. It was reported around a year ago, to Sheriff Bob Land that there was a prostitution ring operating in/around/out of the Urbana area. (posted 04/06/2013).

45. Summer 2010, a store in Roann is robbed. Later in the year, during the festival, some teens damage the roof trying to break in. They're caught and spend some jail time, and parents agree to pay for damages no later than when kids get out. Kids get out, no payment yet, so victim talks to the county prosecutor's office. A woman there says they sent a letter to parents, but it came back, so case is closed and they can do nothing more. WHAT A FRAUD! They can find people simply by going thru the BMV, social security administration, police records, etc. This is a clear case of either negligence or ignorance. (posted April 2011)

46. Why would police officers from other counties say "if you want to kill someone and get away with it, do it in Wabash County"? Here are 2 possible reasons: In or around 1983, a 19 year old from the Roann area was found dead in a shed near an abandoned house, apparently of a self inflicted shotgun blast. But some details indicate that it may not have been self inflicted, and some people were previously warning others to stay away from him, implying that something bad was about to happen. He was reputed to have been involved in drug dealing, but if that was the case, why was he not arrested? There are other such instances during the last couple of decades as well. In 1992, some rowdy neighbors of a Wabash pastor, whom had been reprimanded by him, told one or two people that he was going to meet his fate. That bunch was involved in some way or another with some cops. In or around 1994 the pastor died of cancer.

47. A little known fact about the near, and attempted, extirmination of the Apache Indians in Arizona during the wars between them and the U.S. Army. It was not the government which pushed to have them extirminated, but rather it was some of the people in churches there whom pushed to murder them all. Mangas Coloradas was the Chief of the Chiricauhau when the Whites first got out there, and he and his people were willing to share the land. But the Whites got greedy.

48. In 1992, a truckdriver's wife started cheating on him. First he was going to pay a buddy to beat him up, but the guy backed out, partly because it was a set up with the cops. So then he was going to plant cocaine in the wife's boyfriend's pickup truck, reportedly with two of the Wabash City Cop's consent. The plan was foiled, because the guy was given the wrong master key (on purpose) by another buddy whom managed an automotive repair shop.

49. It has been reported by an extremely reliable source, that at least 2 Wabash City Cops would stage break-ins at businesses, call it in themselves, and steal. This went on sometime during the past 20 years. At least one of those cops is retired. The other one may be.

50. WHEN YOU ARE WALKING PAST SOMEONE'S HOME OR BUSINESS AND THEIR DOGS BARK AND/OR GROWL AT YOU, IF THE DOG REMAINS ON THE PROPERTY, YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMPLAINT.

ISSUES FORMERLY REPORTED TO FBI SPECIAL AGENT NEIL HOENER [RET] HAVE ALWAYS HAD A WAY OF RESULTING IN UNDESIRED RESULTS FOR THE PEOPLE REPORTING TO HIM, IF THE ISSUES INVOLVED CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES OR CORRUPTION IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AT ONE LEVEL OR ANOTHER. MANY OF THE REPORTS HE NEVER FILED WITH THE FBI, AND HE NOW RUNS AN INVESTIGATIVE BUSINESS ON HIS OWN. IT HAS NOT ALWAYS BEEN KNOWN JUST EXACTLY WHO THE CULPRIT HAS BEEN, WHETHER HIS DOINGS OR SOMEBODY ELSE'S.

52. A woman in the county, for the past twenty years or more, has undermined many legitimate law enforcement cases. She is known to have been involved with local and state police, the CIA, officials in county government and the mob (one entity that warned her]. Many of her "cases" are simply retaliation against people who have tried to subdue her through law enforcement and put an end to her corruption. She is also known to have people harassed for going to church and living right. The FBI has been aware of her and her father for at least the last 22 years. During the nineties she, and a proxy, were probably at their height, though her proxy had a pretty decent set of ethics. She may now be using a church in the county for an informant platform. When corrupt government people (and their civilian counterparts) want to get rid of someone by unnecessarily placing them in an identity change program and the person refuses [ANYONE's lawful right], they will sometimes spread around that the person [the real one] is a stand in for the real person. It's amazing how many people actually believe it. That usually occurs after a program called "artificial aging", in which the victim is subjected to a series of stressing, taxing and exhausting situations, which can indeed make a person change in appearance. 54. In 1997 an individual took a few hours off work to go to the dentist, for an abcessed tooth. While there, a notorious female informant was there, posing as an employee. After the appointment, the individual reported the matter to then Indiana State Policeman Bob Land, and a week later to Lonnie Slisher. Not long after, the individual was unjustly fired from work, having been a good employee.

55. There are people in the county who took to reporting informant/police corruption to FBI agent Neil Hoener, previously based in Colorado Springs, CO, now retired, and wound up losing their jobs on account of it. Indications suggest that Hoener and/or high ranking informants created a substantial informant network in this region, which has been used to misuse/abuse people. It is likely being worked through the Indiana State Police, Peru, IN. It's probable that Hoener was not aware of what was going on. But after years of the same type of thing happening over and over, it's not likely that Hoener is unaware. Evidence also suggests that Hoener has had ties with the mafia for some years.
