3.                                                           GUERRILLA WARFARE TOWARDS COMMUNISM IN AMERICA

     THIS ARTICLE IS MOSTLY DONE, AND I BELIEVE SHOULD ACCURATELY THE THOUGHTS AND IDEAS I INTEND TO CONVEY, BUT I CONCEDE THAT MORE WORK ON THIS PIECE NEEDS TO BE DONE, AS WELL AS SUPPLYING PERTINENT REFERENCES. HOWEVER, I DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AND PUBLISH IT WITH SOME HOPEFULLY NOT SO

OBVIOUS FLAWS, BECAUSE I HOLD THAT THE ISSUE IS BOTH TIMELY AND IMPORTANT.

                                                       Guerrilla Warfare Towards Communism in America

     Mao Tse-tung had 4 golden rules for his forces: When the enemy advances, fall back; When the enemy stops, harass; When the enemy avoids battle, attack; When the enemy retreats, trail them. The North Vietnamese Defense Minister, Vo Nguyen Giap, added six more rules: Take nothing without permission (from your own countrymen); Never be disorderly; Learn what local customs are and abide by them; Help the poor peasants with their work and be around them; Create propaganda constantly; Have study groups for the peasants [common folks] and attend the meetings [Pickerell, James. Vietnam in the Mud. Page 11. © 1966 by James H. Pickerell. The Bobbs-Merrill Co., Inc. Library of Congress catalog card number 66-27883].
     There are several significant points about these rules, which certain people in today's American society recognize and utilize to effectiveness. Most Communist strategists coincide on the view that establishing and maintaining good relations with the population is the most important attribute of guerrilla warfare and the main step to obtaining complete control of an area and it's populace, and the "ruling elite" of each American community and region recognize this. They don't necessarily realize that they are implementing Communism, however, because furtherance of personal self interest is their aim, and the real Communist strategists maximize it's effect behind the scenes. The power brokers do that by supporting the efforts of those in each community who desire to control or inhibit others.
     The reason Communism is ushered in via subtle, crafty and manipulative means, when possible, is because a government and it's assenting subsidiaries don't usually have power in the physical sense to control any given group of people against their will, for any lengthy duration, and they never will [Daniel 11:14]. But when the people can be convinced that it's leaders, or it's leaders' doctrines and agenda, know what is best for the citizenry, then the hearts and minds can be won over, thus the will and actions. At grass roots level, what most folks believe is good for them is a roof, a meal, a car and a television set, uninhibited leisure time, and little more. In America, standing and making waves for a set of principles is almost always a last resort, and begun only when the basic needs and a few wants are threatened.
     Yet there is still one important element which is necessary in order for total control to be implemented and kept: the leaders must also be able to control who each individual communicates with in the "world" outside of their personal sphere. That can be accomplished in one or both of two ways. One way is by the intimidation of people who the dissenter associates with, or else by being told lies about the person. The other way is for the victim [dissenter] to be controlled as to where he goes, who he talks to and what means of communication he uses. Those aspects of his activity can be directed through physical means such as threats or detainment, financial deprivation or schedule manipulation. Both main methods used in conjunction are probably implemented the most, for maximum effectiveness.
     As a whole, the number of people in any given society who refuse to assent to control, in contrast to governance, and openly rebel, even by mere protest or other peaceful means, has almost always been relatively few. Those scarce handfuls are simply dealt with using what has been referred to as the "Tall Poppy Syndrome", which means cutting down the minority who rise too far above the rest in one aspect or another, that classification being dependent upon whatever the ruling majority deems as an affront or encroachment upon their ill-founded, exclusive cliques, generally established via ulterior motives and a sense of extreme churlishness.
     The extreme of utilizing the "Tall Poppy Syndrome" is murder, while the passive method is by economic and social means, pariah-ship, vividly illustrated by the scores of people addicted to drugs and other vices, churches refusing to minister to them via the excuse that prophecy has foretold that things will continue to get worse as time moves on. Of course it will, because most people don't care. There are a lot of people who take extreme advantage of others, but since very little ministerial outreach is done these days, many are employed by nefarious government investigators, or else criminals, and they never do reform.
     Further, once the guerrillas gain the support of the majority of the people, the citizens supply them with protection (of some type, such as secrecy as to whereabouts and mission), food (if needed) and intelligence data (information), also denying that to the dissenters, that situation being known in American society as the "good 'ole boys club'", furthering one's assembly's interests while trampling on others. The support is obtained because the guerrillas convince the commoners that the government, or other entity, is there to address such problems as beset all, like the local economy and other personal needs, as well as perks, in other words becoming the peoples' caretaker. The United States government is not meant to serve that function, but rather to ensure that all citizens have equal rights, including power or privilege of opportunity, and it's not just or necessarily government who may be waging a covert guerrilla war [The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America-In Congress, July 4, 1776. The Unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America. Compliments of Hillsdale College. Hillsdale.edu. Pg. 1, pp. 1,2,5,7,10,11,12,14,15,20,22,23,24,27,28,30. Article 1, Section 9. pp. 2. Article 4, Section 2, pp. 1. Amendments 1, 2,4,5,6,8,9,10,13 (section 1),14 (section 1),15].
     As time progresses, the people are taught [propagandized] to build a national government, starting at the local level and progressing, which supplies everyone's needs. Once enough of the populace becomes dependent upon the government or other crowd, some willingly, as it's representatives have been respectfully listening to the folks' concerns, all activities begin to be controlled. By then, the occupying force has enough power by which to punish dissenters [opponents], often indirectly, as already stated, through the supporting civilians.
     How many politicians have promised to propagate constitutional concepts, but once settled in to their new position, merely go along with the flow, condoning mandates which are contrary to individual and national sovereignty, all the while lining their own pockets? They legislate just enough sound edicts by which to create a network of "elite" supporters, and forget the rest. Health and wealth preachers are also like that, frauds.
     People fall for that because most only think in terms of their own personal and individual needs and wants, forsaking or compromising certain principles, so long as they have what they need and at least some of what they want. In the case of elected officials, prime examples of this are: the congress voted to allow themselves to engage in insider trading (while martha Stewart sat in prison for it), and; politicians support bills and actions which feed businesses that they own. It seems more than coincidental that the company which helped rebuild Iraq was presided over by none other than Dick Cheney, who had a hand in warring against that Arab nation to begin with. Few seem to be able to forecast the long-term effects of what giving away constitutional rights will ultimately bring: total control by the government, which is Communism, often initially labeled as Marxism or Socialism.
     These kinds of things are possible only with the consent of the governed, and many groups play right into it, selfishly and/or ignorantly, including patriotic associations and churches. Most people in those groups don't appear to care if people who don't believe as they do are stripped of their rights or wants [probably more unofficially than by legislation], especially if the patriotic groups' and churches' members are allowed to function unmolested, even if hindered some, and by assenting to some people's rights being abridged, leaders of those organizations twisting concepts in order to promote their church or civic or constitutional assembly.
     By merging law and order, a peaceful society, with the "necessity" of certain rights needing to be given away for the "good of all", or most, and topping off the program with the bastardization of dissenters, which the founding fathers were, since most people don't want to rock the boat, so long as their needs are met, Communism is slyly ushered in and constitutionality is done away with. During the entire process, most of the assenting people think that they are doing what will maintain their civil and "constitutional" rights, not realizing that their own individual sovereignty is being given up, just a little at a time.
     The main key is understanding what constitutional rights actually are to begin with, which most people don't, apart from a strictly personal level. It has much more to do with choosing whether to go watch a movie or go out to eat Friday night, but the majority of citizens equate constitutional and civil rights with only such things. The gist of constitutional and civil rights is individual sovereignty, the power of the individual to choose for self [intended to be within the realm of ethics and morals], explained beautifully in 'Common Sense Revisited' [www.commonsenserevisited.com]. The root driving force behind Socialism, Marxism and Communism is the destruction of original, distinct, individual sovereignty.
     Two of the prime enablers to the institution of Communism in America are the so-called baby boomer, and the younger, generations. Most "baby boomers" are retired and most don't travel, or much, and really don't want to do anything other than live day to day and watch their favorite television program every night, and they have earned that privilege. But, that group, as a whole, doesn't seem to care that the government and it's subsidiaries are revoking the rights, to choose, of other generations, because those infringements are carried out via a guise of forcing morals, ethics and discipline upon a slack society, largely in front of a guise of religious legislation, using the federalizing of our police forces to enforce it, under the guise called the 'Patriot Act', which criminalizes patriots, evangelical Christians and truly constitutional social reformers. The fuel for that is the redefinition of values, courtesy of Barack Obama, who adheres to the principles of Saul Alinsky, who was a social intimate of Al Capone and was favorable towards Communists [Horowitz, David. Barack Obama's Rules for Revolution. © 2009, David Horowitz Freedom Center. Sherman Oaks, CA. ISBN: 1-886442-68-1].
     The younger generations don't really know of the freedom and camaraderie which prevailed up to the late nineties. They have been taught to think in terms of "me" only, and a Socialized set of principles has been taught to them, in a progressive mode of tolerance for just about everything, as opposed to a Godly concept of right=reward and wrong=punishment. Right is rewarded but wrong receives a reprimand, rather than actual punishment, such as wood on rear. Students are being taught that truth is relative, rather than a concept of black or white, good or evil. The entire idea of a Biblical Divine Creator, who is long suffering, not tolerant, is merged with all other religions, diluted if not canceled out, which becomes a one world theology or creed, equaling no faith in anything sure at all.
     Ethics and morals are all needed (particularly in how one treats others), yes, but those values cannot be genuinely and effectively forced upon anyone. And the outward forms of them are being forced, because another part of Communism is the worshiping of state [government], while at the same time excluding God, or any kind of Supreme, supernatural power. What is a moral or ethical precept without being recognized as deriving from a Supreme Being? Just something that men made up.
     Many church members do and will go along with it, because they lack the discernment needed to perceive that any merging of church and state becomes a religious dictatorship, and coupled with the goal of complete centralization, an entire society becomes one culture, then one nation of no individualism, then a world of completely like-minded citizens, lacking a will and mind of their own: a one world order of humanists, being their own god, a continuance of the Nimrodian kingdom touched upon in Genesis chapter eleven which, incidentally, was totally thwarted, yet constantly reviving at one time or another.
     Crime needs to be curbed as well, but greater power to police is not the answer. The real root of crime is lack of conscience or obedience towards God's laws, due to failure to fully recognize a Creator, who expects virtue from His Creation, as much as each of us is able. Thus the neglecting of His concepts and precepts ends in crime. And lower crime rates will never be realized under mandates which redefine concepts of that Creator, which Obama and his administration have done, nor with an attempted, forced belief in the Divine, which some purported believers try to legislate.
     And until the church leaders obtain or regain truly inspired leadership based upon apostolic dogma, the true faith will never be a significant influence on society. Until a separation of church and state is once again realized, revival will not occur. Though separation of church and state is not specifically mentioned, per se, in the constitution, it is a given, because the Pilgrims came to the new land in order to escape that very thing: merging of church and state; a religious dictatorship [see also the First Amendment].
     The institution of church is entirely separate and distinct from the fact that our government is patterned after the government type adopted by the Hebrews under Moses. We have to have laws and ordinances which help maintain a civil society. But merging of church and state is an obscure remake of the kingdom of Constantine, who declared Christianity to be the national, mandated religion of the ancient Roman Empire, the whole outlay being actually inundated with pagan beliefs and practices, the ultimate manifestation of non-separation of church and state. An example of a tried, constrained belief in some deity is Islam: they demand and enforce certain tenets and thinking from Muslims.
     The church is about belief in a resurrected Savior, whereas America's Constitution is based only upon moral code, Biblical do's and don't's. The founders all believed in a Creator, but not all believed in a Savior, which is fine, and more conducive to the American Constitution than if all were Christian believers. If all had believed in Christ, then critics could maybe rightly claim that our national foundation was biased toward a particular faith or set of ecclesiastical tenets. But it is not.
     I think it was on a Glen Beck show where I heard it explained aptly. God created all things, and there are natural "rules" or "laws", like the law of gravity, which all things and creatures are functioning through and with. We (humans and animals) have a natural right to sit down, run around, eat, not eat, use self defense, let someone beat us, take a swim, walk around the water, etc. If a human wants to jump from a cliff and try to fly, I guess that's also a natural right. By simply innate logic, someone bigger or tougher has the right to take from someone weaker; why not, if there's no God; animals possess that right.
     But here is the clincher and what separates us from animals, and the U.S.A. from many other nations on earth. This country was founded by people who held a few common beliefs: that a Supreme Being created the world and everything in it, causing it to be directed by certain, unchangeable laws of nature, revealed and explained by science; that the Maker put humans on a higher plane than animals, exemplifying that by moral commandments he wants us to strive to live by, and; each human being is a distinct individual, possessing naturally inherent, inalienable rights, having inclinations which are to be kept in check by those moral commandments which many of us believe were given to Moses directly by God.
     If some don't choose to believe that God gave Moses the commandments, that is a naturally inherent right. It isn't a right to do wrong to others. Half of America can believe that Moses made the commandments up himself if they want, so long as they value them. Compared to any other doctrine, the Mosetical theology [Genesis through Deuteronomy] outshines them all. True, they implemented stoning and other forms of capital punishment, but the only other set of regulations that even comes close to being both fair, efficient and productive is the code of Hamurrabi, an ancient Assyrian king. His mandates had a good amount of moral thought, but they were still biased towards certain classes of people, and the punishments were often cruel and unusual.
     For example, in the Code of Hamurrabi if a slave told his master that he isn't his master, upon conviction for that rebellious attitude they cut the slave's ear off. If someone agreed to farm a field for the owner and give him the seed, and so forth, and he stole the seed, the thief got both hands cut off. If someone killed another man's slave, the killer had to pay a certain amount of money. If a surgeon cut someone open and inadvertently killed the patient, they cut both hands of the doctor off, and many such edicts.
     The churches are already indirectly controlled by government to an extent, via licenses, taxes, and presumptuous parishioners and boards who direct the message by controlling the pay, so the concept of the Divine is prone to be automatically diluted, and members everywhere are giving in, not even trying, partly because temple leaders are intertwined with government and corporate people, maintaining the capacity to control, inhibit or forbid financial independence. Compare now to forty years ago, when the clergy and members were sincere: it had a good effect on society. I'm not talking about imperfect people who, like myself, just can't seem to function without transgressing [Romans 7:14-25]. Here I'm talking about alleged believers who flaunt against at some of what the Book says, which they claim to believe, and are more like the Pharisees who had Christ beaten and executed, or else simply let their spine soften and stand for little or nothing.
     On the other side of that spectrum, there are too many churches which use their name by which to exert political pull. They're trading the power for which they allege to believe in for secular clout, and a substantial part of our government is tainted because churches are attempting to legislate Christ's doctrines into mandate, going against what the founders intended. The difference is like this, using the illegal immigrant issue as one example: of course we should reach out to the needy and show compassion, to all people. Yet, that is not an intended government function.
     The duty of the legislative and enforcement bodies is to regulate the influx of new people, and to ensure that all who arrive are here legally. Because of that failure, crime is higher than normal and the economy is out of sync. Government's function is to enforce laws, not bestow the teachings of Jesus. By the same token, benevolent acts are abundant in the court systems by individuals, even amid a flurry of corruption and inept carrying out of statutes. Here, we have a blatant display of fraudulent preachers and theologians, who teach that grace means that it's okay to forget about what the Old Testament says is wrong, thus rampant crime.
     The government needs to stay out of church business and the church needs to quit meddling in politics. Concerning religion, the government is to ensure that the freedom to worship as each individual sees fit is intact. The church was at it's strongest during the reigns of the worst tyrants in the history of the ancient Roman Empire, and it's because they focused on and practiced what they proclaimed as believing. All they needed and had political-wise was the concept outlined in the Law of Associations: the right to practice their faith. All of the laws and armies in the world are not going to change a thing, and the Communists love to see compromising churches, which most in America are, because those can be manipulated for the spread of collectivism.
     Why would people want to attend church, when they see so-called believers refuting some of the precepts in the 'Book', using one or another theological guises, and instead of truly righteous congregations, witness the rising up of presumptuously arrogant upstarts who think that they're entitled to the best, at the expense of others less fortunate? Why would kids not rebel against their parents, since they see a paradox existing between stated faith and actual practice?
     Why would kids of militia and other constitutional groups value the constitution or the government it originally spawned, or was meant to create, when their parents have been instilling the importance of patriotic rights into them, but then resort to underhanded tactics to silence those who question some of their group's views or actions, based upon constitutional mindsets which differ some? Militia groups are notorious for casting down those who dare oppose their ideas of complete self-government by the common folk, which idea is a disaster, partly because most people think in terms of personal sentiments instead of logical reasoning, and being against all governmental authority.
     I can see a common law court now. Most laws have been abolished and man's conscience is in control. Farmer Jon has polluted the river, using chemicals obtained from Monsanto, who can produce insecticides which kill all bugs, and is killing all the fish, because no laws regulating it are in place. Fisherman Joe has sued Farmer Jon because the chemicals have destroyed his fish hatchery's contributors. The common law court rules in favor of Farmer Jon, because they all need the by-products his crops help create. Fisherman Joe is retired, so the people rule that he doesn't really need the income, since his retirement benefits are enough to suit them, rather than Fisherman Joe.
     Plus, hardly anyone near there ever fishes anyway, and they don't like the bait shop owner who operates downstream twenty miles, because he's always complaining about the polluted river to the environmentalists, who are causing discomfort to the town folk. Everyone in the town is over retirement age, and doesn't care about what happens once they're dead and gone in twenty years, plus, some of them have small businesses on the side, which sell items to Farmer Jon and others. This is how a lot of people think.
     We have to have professional, critically-thinking, unbiased people, with common sense and true ethics, in our government and court systems. It is a mess now, of course, but let those who do not value an education run the show and it will be chaos. On the other side of the penny (no longer a dime due to inflation), many of our most highly educated lack common sense and contextual literacy. Remember that our founding fathers were mostly highly educated, but they possessed something that many politicians and other officials of today lack: genuine discernment bestowed by the Almighty.
     Most entities, both government and civilian, have become an exclusive, prideful, intolerant clique, oblivious to the needs and rights of anyone outside their own realm. And the art of meaningful conversation by which to remedy problems? Gone with the rotary phone. Seems that too many people have cast off verbal discourse and largely convey ideas and thoughts in a manner resembling Pavlov conditioning his dogs. We might as well be a society of baboons.
     At first glance, it would appear that programs by which to control the population would be carried out by the C.I.A. or some other very covert agency, and they have orchestrated a few. However, even though federal agencies have developed many similarities, the main function of the C.I.A. is to spy, to collect data, information, without making their presence known. The United States Marshals have an entirely different mission than that of the spooks and thus do not operate in as extensive of a clandestine mode.
     Though the C.I.A. is quite capable of conducting guerrilla and other psychological warfare, their presence not only does not need to be known for completion of purpose, it is expedient for spooks to maintain complete secrecy, not needing to foster an intimidation factor. If the spies want to cause fear, they do it by stealth, leaving the subject believing that they have been "pranked" by the "Agency", but not being sure, or else unable to prove it, the intelligence ghouls being masters of "plausible deniability". Though the Central Intelligence Agency has the capability of doing such a thing, I don't believe that it is that agency which is surreptitiously instituting Communism in America. And I doubt they want to, because they can operate much more uninhibited in a free society.
     What agency(s), or bureau(s), needs to have the power of fear via covert activity, with just enough trace for the victims to pinpoint who the perpetrators are, still allowing sufficient "plausible deniability" for the entity to deny being the culprit? The Federal Bureau of Investigation. Coupled with an apostate church, they could subdue America in a manner suggesting a combination of tactics by Ghenges Khan and Pope G
     Not so many years ago, the C.I.A. voiced their concern to Congress that the F.B.I. was gaining far too much power, being somewhat of a rival. That rivalry likely started when former President Ronald Reagan allowed the C.I.A. to institute the Domestic Clandestine Service, a stateside division of the C.I.A., once an overseas department exclusively.
     Though some overlap exists between the two entities' operations, they have distinctly different missions and methods of employment of tactics. By virtue of each of these elements' goals, skills, attributes and functions, an unbridled F.B.I. is by far a greater potential threat to freedom and liberty than is the C.I.A., because the 'Bureau' is more law enforcement than spy. But the one bottom line which has the greatest weight is this: the F.B.I. is a car, and a car must have fuel: civilians. Most information to government is derived from civilians making reports, and without that the government is stifled to a large degree, even with all of the modern technology.
     Civilians can absolutely manipulate a government entity at a local or regional level, if not at a national level, notwithstanding the fact that the F.B.I. is the long arm of any given, current presidential administration. Civilians, informers and members of a type of secret society were manipulating the police all across the board in Wabash County during the nineties [Jonah book ad URL], and informers were manipulating F.B.I. agents and thus, cases, in Colorado Springs in 1994 until they were stopped. When that happens, innocent people can go to prison and the guilty go free and authentic constitutional concepts are undermined. Under some of Obama's edicts, I believe that at least a substantial amount of demonization and the secret stripping of rights of good people has been occurring, though in retrospect, quite a few of his edicts were thought up and originally proposed by previous administrations.
     The F.B.I. works with police forces much more than most people are aware of, which, when constitutional concepts are employed and all participants are honest, is a good thing. And overall, it is the local and state police forces which carry out the grass roots level mandates of our government's legislative statutes, often with F.B.I. assistance and guidance. Every local police station has F.B.I. agents assigned to them, to be called as needed, although there isn't always much interaction between the two.
     As the program of psychological warfare and the battle of attrition progresses, which could be termed political warfare in a passive culture, which is conducted with [ulterior] "respect" and tolerance for local customs and traditions, the people are promised that they will receive everything they need and want as soon as opponents are thrown out of office and dissenters, which are portrayed as enemies of the people, are subdued, silenced. Communists show their supporters (as often as not subjects) as much respect as possible, while maintaining discipline, and try to refrain from using violent means, generally succeeding.
     As in Vietnam, when the Vietcong did kill groups of people, the reasoning which convinced the peasants of it's rightness was that the busload or village had been told not to go on a certain road or do a certain thing. This could be likened to some of the incidents between militia groups and one or another government entity: in some cases, the militia men had been told not to do a certain thing, but what they were doing was within their constitutional rights. Unfortunately, most people still believe that people who clash with the government are always in the wrong, probably not realizing that some of how police are taught to carry out their mission is a way of provoking people. Most of the populace has transformed from a nation of passionate people, who vehemently take a stand for right, to a state of passivity, just going along with the flow. To say that a cop should always be obeyed is not right. We don't need for America to be a bunch of blind followers, but rather a nation of critical thinkers.
     Keep in mind that Jesus Christ, and His followers, were passion-ate, not pass-ive. A world of difference exists between the two. Passionate refers to being very enthusiastic for a cause, whereas passive means lethargic; inactive; receptive to outside (rather than inner) impressions or influences; receiving or enduring without resistance (of any kind, including use of the First Amendment): all of the attributes and expressions of passive leads to indifference and apathy, like a rock in a field.
     What our government and it's subsidiaries are doing is to actively legislate constitutional and civil rights completely out of the picture. One possible example is one I related to a farmer recently. I told him, "...they get enough farmers dependent upon subsidies, and say there's some government edict most of them don't like, so they all protest. The government may not say for them to be quiet about it or they'll pull their funding, but what they do is to introduce some bill, seemingly unrelated, with some excuse, which would cancel out the farmers' benefits. Making sure the farmers know about it, they give them time to stifle their protest, and most will, or else they'd lose their farms...". That is how our government is operating right now.
     The introduction of Communism is often, maybe usually, something like a disciplined, yet liberal, sixteen year old male on a date with a conservative, sixteen year old female, having one thing on his mind. She keeps saying no, but over time he plans, charms, flatters and feigns, breaking down her resistance just a little at a time, promising to be a good suitor. Once he causes her to completely yield, the respect is gone and he becomes jealous and dictatorial, yet without being forceful unless she "gets out of line" with his wishes. That is where we're at in the U.S.A.! And the balance has been lost!
     Does the fault lie with just the F.B.I., or police forces, or the politicians, or the civilians? The answer is no, it is not the fault of any group as a whole, but rather the perpetrators are present in all of those groups. The root of the problem lies in the mindset enveloping America, and again, that mindset is being transformed, via a robbing of individual sovereignty from Americans. To reiterate, that cannot be done without the assent of the American people. And until each one of us fully obtains and practices the precept which caused Patrick Henry to be executed, "...give me liberty or give me death.", America will never be repaired.
     A major problem with freedom and liberty is that, just like a 400 horsepower car, too many Americans don't know how to properly handle it's full capability. To quote an excerpt word for word from Jame's Pickerell's 'Vietnam in the Mud' (with my comments in brackets and parenthesis), this illustrates just how America has become, which isn't Obama's fault, or Bush's fault, or any other politician's blame, in whole:
     "...the Vietnamese [Americans] seem to be happier with the present chaos than the order they could have if they all obeyed a few basic laws [ethics] and showed some respect for one another [outwardly most Americans do]. The Vietnamese always prefer to express their individuality, even if doing so makes life less convenient for them [that itself is commendable, and a lost perspective in much of America]. They also feel that to accept the authority of someone else is to be inferior to that person [Americans tend to accept the person of someone, rather than authority, so long as it benefits them, greatly exemplified in the churches (most would toss the Apostle Paul out on his ear); concerning abuse of authority, that is a very slippery slope and an issue of huge depth] [Holy Bible. James chapter Two].
     "Everyone has heard of the Oriental sense of family, which is as strong in Vietnam as in other parts of Asia, but this is where all sense of community ends. Every individual feels that he has definite responsibilities to each member of his own family [in America often group, club or clique], and absolutely no responsibilities to anyone else in the country [the Golden Rule]. They think freedom means the right to do anything they want, possibly short of murder, without having their actions questioned [most Americans won't blatantly steal, but many covertly defraud others in many other ways and secretly subjugate and dominate others]".
     "They [Americans] sometimes dislike the war [battle for constitutional rights and individual sovereignty], as it interferes with business, and if they dislike the Vietcong [Socialists, Marxists and Communists], it is for economic, not political [or ethical] reasons...Most [middle and upper class and churchmen] feel that the peasant [lower class] is a creature unworthy of their association or interest..."
     The United States produces more criminals by virtue of an air of snobbishness and disdain, than any other nation. A practiced, obscure concept of western expansionism (Aryanism in disguise) and slavery is now prevalent in America, and almost every organization has a substantial number of members who propagate and perpetuate it, howbeit slyly, including the churches, who have become religious dictatorships, having an attitude of, 'if you believe and live as we say and do, all will be well, but if not, then we will destroy you'.
     I've been in the lower 48 states fairly extensively, and can attest that the mindset is the same nation-wide. A prime example of it was illustrated this past summer in my hometown. A man in his thirties was bicycling to Ohio, from Arkansas, to have a job and stay with his brother. It was hot out and he was depleted, having ran out of money. He went to the churches and was turned away, facing an apathetic and haughty disposition from them. An old woman told me about it later, after her and another man in the area helped him out with some food and drink. And those churches are portraying Christ? I hardly think so.
     Their reasoning could have been that they suspected he was on the run from the law or something, to which I say so what. They didn't know either way, and even if so, one kind act could be the sprout of a future reformation. But like the old woman, whose son is a cop, told me, that biker didn't get all that way without being questioned and identified by probably at least one cop in every state. But the churlish woods colts' in America's churches don't care much about anyone but themselves.

     It used to be that the churches were a mighty power in curbing unconstitutional, which is ungodly, inclinations of the government and/or civilian populace. But about forty years ago a substantial change occurred, brought about by a number of theologians, putting many vital doctrines on a shelf and setting the stage for creating a Socialist-leaning platform of evangelical and other ecclesiastical activity. Most churches now are more corporate-minded and secularly liberal than anything else, permissive and apathetic [Revelation 3:14-17], progressive and selfishly condescending.
     Not to close on a morbid note, that is, equating the fight for liberty with a result of being hung, though Patrick Henry died striving for freedom from tyrannical rule, his words became a rallying cry for those who continued, and won, many of the battles and ultimately, the war.

Note: My use of the words liberal and conservative in paragraph twenty-eight does not mean to infer Democrat, as opposed to Republican. There are ethically sound Democrats, and there are liberal Republicans. I firmly believe that we need to get away from the two-party monarchy, and start supporting constitutionally-minded third parties.

WE'RE NOT PICKING ON THE F.B.I. AS A WHOLE, BUT WE ARE STRONGLY CRITICIZING UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND UNETHICAL ACTIONS THAT MORE AND MORE OF THEM ARE PERPETRATING. DO  I TRUST THEM ANY LONGER? NO!

1. Unjust Ward.

2. Patterns of the F.B.I.

3. Guerrilla Warfare Towards Communism in America.

1.
                                                          Unjust Ward

As one indication of the growing and ever extending reach of the unconstitutional edicts by the current presidential administration, secretly and perhaps unofficially enforced by local, state and federal officers, there is a growing trend to place people, with opinions differing from those of the administration, into a status of partial ward with invisible borders. This has been made so much the more feasible due to the White House "administering steroids" to the federal government, which is imparting that power to it's sucklings, the lower levels of jurisdiction.

Just as a war of attrition, when other means failed and normally, was waged upon the Native Americans by the U.S. Government and it's civilian subsidiaries, by destroying the food supply and, at times, possibly, intentionally causing fatal disease, rather than face the rightful caretakers of the land in direct assault, patriots, genuine Christians and other dissenters against corrupt and unethical government are being treated in much the same way, labeled, and libeled, as domestic terrorists, law enforcement and Department of Justice personnel being indoctrinated with that slanderous opinion as well. (1)

Instead of arresting active, true, patriotic and/or Christian Americans and jailing them, seeing as how no real crimes have been committed, certain authorities and their informants are inducing civilians of influence, including employers, to aid in keeping those alleged culprits within certain confines. Not being able to do so forcefully, likely due to the large number of practitioners of the first and second amendments, passive procedures are being utilized. As the buffalo was the Indians' main source of living in the Old West, the dollar is now most citizens' medium of survival, and it is being cut off or severely limited to dissenting individuals and sometimes, entire businesses.(2)

Applications and resumes are being ignored by selected employers who are mesmerized by unscrupulous investigators seeking to transform the work force into one comprised of workers who unquestioningly adapt to Marxist and Socialist thought, even if unawares, law enforcement and the DOJ increasingly becoming an extension and an enforcement mechanism of the presidential administration, most notably the FBI, having long been operated as such.(3)

Loss of opportunity by shanghai is destroying independence and enthusiasm. Unjust deprivation of reputation is prohibiting right relations with others. Constant bombardment of abuse of authority is robbing good people of initiative. These things and others our government is orchestrating against Americans who truly believe in the U.S.A. and for which it is truly to stand, unbridled, and it is only a matter of time before the iron fist of tyranny will come smashing down, and full obeisance to the state [government] will be demanded, the equivalent of worshipping it, similar to the ancient Roman Empire.(4)

The late Senator Charles L. Percy once said to Congress, that "...the CIA is creating a nation of snoops..." (5), or in other words, a nation of informers to the government and excessive prying into everybody's matters at that. Although the CIA has in recent years cleaned up it's personnel pool, purging from it those who gained contacts, and both willing and casual informants via deceptive methods, the protocol has been embraced by many in the entire arena of law enforcement and especially the Department of Justice, which has been overreaching it's authority for years, decades even, most especially during the last six to fourteen years. Much of what George W. Bush wrote into law or edict prepared the way for what the current administration is now systematically devising, the final details being arranged right under the noses of the American people.(6)

In many cases informants are gained by extortion, two main forms of modus operandi being employed: having informants intimidate or harass the target, steal from them, threaten them or use some other means to cause the desired inductee to start making reports to one or another official agencies or departments, gradually drawing them in to the covert network deeper and deeper, and; when the human prey is aware of such unlawful or, at the very least, unethical "recruitment" practices, depriving them of employment unless they cooperate.

The "catch 22" which trips the snare is a bylaw, most especially one implemented by the F.B.I., which states that once they begin working on a report, the person who made the report automatically is subject to their power and thus, control. That protocol is unconstitutional and sneaky, and can only be utilized if the confidant gives their assent, though agents will resort to underhanded methods by which to either subjugate that contact or destroy them.

During part of 1994 and 1995, as a commissioned, acting FBI street agent, yet still primarily substantive, which some agents who know have emphatically denied, while others have affirmed [unless having been a fully commissioned agent, they generally neither deny nor confirm], I observed an ample amount of unethical modes being conducted by agents, more so, actually, than by informants, the regions west of the Mississippi River seeming to have higher respect for civil and constitutional rights than many places in the East.

In one factory I was sent to work in, for undercover work, my immediate superior wanted me to engage in psychological ploys against the subject whom I was sent in to observe and investigate. I refused, willing to have no part in any endeavor which could cause, create or perpetuate a psychosis (7) in someone. On two other occasions, the agents higher up than the ones at the resident agency itself attempted to force the street agents to undertake a sting against a local Coloradoan militia, using very unconstitutional methods, and; the higher ups tried to frame a local group of the mob and a group of Native Americans, on two separate occasions, for crimes they didn't commit or even have anything to do with. A few of us were able to thwart those illicit efforts towards obtaining "another mark or two on the pistol grip".

These types of methods, in conjunction with others, are no less than a passive framework for building a model for nonviolent takeover of the masses and launching a Socialist society, the plan being fueled by a deluge of false propaganda and a presentation of whitewashed, Marxist ideology. The concept is relayed to the public in a manner which sounds both appealing and even constitutionally American, like a patriot's dream. However, at it's core lurks an insidious agenda, an agenda which thrives on defrauding it's leaders' subservients of all of their rights, subjugating them and dictating what they will believe, say and do, the foundation for that consisting of various methods with which to change the population's fundamental beliefs. As a clue, many people will discard or compromise on what they claim to faithfully believe, when their stomachs are empty or, in the case in America with probably most, when their luxuries and physically easy way of life is threatened and they find themselves unable to stave off unconstitutionality.

There is no nation being truly Socialist, Marxist or Communist, in which citizens actually prosper and thrive, and according to Socialists, "...the end of Socialism is Communism" (8). The man currently functioning as president of the United States was schooled by, and became an adherent to, the philosophies of Saul Alinsky, an avowed Marxist who was taught by Frank Nitti, an enforcer for Al Capone and strongly influenced by Lenin and was against capitalism. Barack Obama himself once taught the principles of Alinsky, which advocate destroying capitalism, to students in workshops in Chicago. Ever since Obama got elected, he has been working to "...fundamentally transform America". (9).

The workplace is the ideal staging ground for implementing a fundamental change in a nation, indirectly if not directly. Workers can be fundamentally changed in their thought patterns through the regulation of speech, thus thought, which can be either good or bad. Sometimes, an employee's job is threatened due to off the job activity, occasionally by management solely, but more often than not, by fellow workers who can easily cause a person to be unjustly fired for trumped up reasons, simply because of a stand the person takes away from work, somehow being related to other workers feeling uncomfortable around that particular human being. One way that Socialist-leaning investigators can cause that, misusing newly installed edicts by the Bush and Obama administrations, against a Christian, other patriot or dissenter, is by showing up at a person's place of employ, flashing a badge and informing them that the person is suspected of being a domestic terrorist or political dissident, a play on words, in reality. After all, now, even this nation's founding fathers are called domestic terrorists by the administration.

Other times, I believe that people are bought, outright. Some time ago, four or five years man told me that he'd been told that people were being paid to not work and to just sit around, and that he was going to check into it, being disgruntled at banks and the government. I can see the CIA paying people to do just that, provided certain information is gathered for them. Makes me wonder if that isn't where some of the $19 trillion missing from the Department of the Treasury is going (10).

Due to the tax situation and certain, new regulations, resulting in a disgruntled attitude toward the government due to it's policies, it is perhaps difficult for undercover officers and agents, or officers performing in a straight forward role, to create distrust of certain individuals at work by management, generating friction between the victim and others, which technique is often employed, though using "agents" of disinformation usually succeeds when regular employees are made privy to falsehoods about the target. But now a longer term program using a different engine is becoming the norm.

Over the past ten or fifteen years, fewer and fewer companies actually do their own hiring, shifting the workload instead to temporary employment agencies. Seeing as how those firms are often lax in verifying past employment and could be held accountable, technically, for failing to adhere to certain standards, even if unknowingly, especially under R.I.C.O. laws (11), the perfect lever is automatically put into place for personnel within that hiring company to have to succumb to the wishes of a dishonest investigator operating under ulterior motive. Again, the R.I.C.O. law itself is probably not a means of itself to unethical and unconstitutional procedures, but rather some of the upgraded definitions of what certain crime is: dissenting against unconstitutional plans, directives and practices of the government.

That does happen frequently, quite that directly, although an even longer term directive is just as effective for preventing workers from ever getting ahead: due to insurance requirements and their expense, many workers, no matter how well of a job they have done, are terminated from their job a day or two before having been employed for ninety days, so that extra expense of providing required insurance for those employees is avoided. Supposedly that has nothing to do with the government directly, and maybe it doesn't. However, agencies such as the FBI, CIA and DEA full well know what kind of opportunity is hidden within those statutes: a virtual playground for agents who love to take advantage of people in dire straits and desperate for an income.

The political atmosphere has been rapidly changing in America, and politics as usual is beginning to heavily take it's toll on the fundamental beliefs of many Americans, enough so that citizens are supporting a pipe dream in increasing numbers, allowing themselves to be deceived by hyped up implementation of policies which appear, on the surface, to be benevolent, gracious and conducive to prosperity. Once peering beneath the surface, however, we begin to realize that inept and damaging theories are being disseminated and propagated via schemes by those, on the public dole, who are supposed to be honoring, upholding and adhering to the Constitution of the United States of America, the document intended to safeguard the rights that we naturally, and by God, have at birth.

As a final summation, are these types of actions to be blamed solely on the government? Well, as the old saying goes, "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink". Our government can only do what it is allowed to do. And they can't do much to disrupt people unless they have the aid of civilians. By the same token, it is documented by the federal government that church members, some purported to be pillars, have engaged in abuse of liberty in this arena, and so have militia and other so-called constitutional adherents, as well as those who abide by still other doctrines.

As Edmund Burke and Helen Keller once said, respectively: "The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. (13)"; "I am only one; but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something. I will not refuse to do the something I can do" (12).

     2.                                                                   PATTERNS OF THE F.B.I.

    Spotting a corrupt F.B.I. agent or informer, or nefarious methods used unwittingly by upright ones, will not necessarily comprise investigations but will, in the long run, if questionable methods are known by enough folks, contribute to sound justice being meted out. T

     The steps I've listed are not necessarily implemented in the same order, and some steps may not be present, or at least visibly apparent. But there is a distinct methodology to how the F.B.I. usually or often works. They obtain some data from agencies such as the C.I.A., which conducts extensive studies on human behavior and ways by which to alter it.

     Keep in mind that human nature and intangible aspects of life and the environment sometimes contribute to making it appear as though any given person is operating under cover and in a nefarious mode. So careful analysis of conditions and actions are needed in order to succinctly determine what is going on, noting that this is not proprietary to the F.B.I., but is a trademark of sorts.

Patterns of the F.B.I.

                                                                   Perpetuating the Need For the First Amendment

     The F.B.I., while investigating, look for distinct patterns by which to determine who may be committing any given crime. As long as personnel are honest and truly constitutional, that is well. When a culprit is aware of that, and techniques used to spot the patterns, it is much harder to nab the offender, particularly if the crook is a "white collar" criminal and an agent or investigator.
     This is a synopsis of distinct patterns manifested in activities of F.B.I. agents when they are cultivating a grooming a subject for an informational asset, up to and including an agent, also using this same set of manipulations to cast down whistle blowers. These signs are especially prevalent with 'special' agents.
     It is unnecessary to attempt to mold people into a stereotype in order to conduct successful operations and in fact, the methods which are designed, probably by psychologists, to gain limited control over a subject, are also used by unscrupulous feds to intentionally cause a psychosis. In many cases, the intended result is making a situation conducive to making it appear that a person has a psychosis.
     Agents are taught certain aspects of human behavior and how to control, modify, alter or provoke that exhibition of the homo sapiens nature. Those same methods can be implemented for good, but they are frequently used to "trip someone's trigger": the creation of law breakers or, in the case of those who refuse to submit to sly conscription methods and don't resist, pariahs.
     Seeing as how Donald Trump, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and others, have proposed federalizing police forces across the country, and that feds not only fet away with engaging in warrantless wiretaps and searches, and that patriots and/or Christians are increasingly under attack by Godless laws and edicts, and that criminals are getting away with more and more lawless activity, often while under the auspices of government entities as informers, we need to oppose the federalization of police forces.
     As an omen of what could happen, keep in mind that a federal agent can use lethal force on a person who threatens them, if that agent feels that it is a life threatening statement, and verbal conveyance of thought is not necessarily needed. In the worst case scenario, there is no witness.
     I have personally observed one or more of a number of indications that sheriff's deputies, city police, state police and even non-investigative entities are increasingly under acting federal authority at times and employing some or all of these methodologies.

     1. SYMPATHETIC-This is the first stage, where the officer shows professional concern for a victim's (or alleged victim's) plight, gaining their trust. In the event of a personality clash, a different agent may replace the original one, and that can happen at any point throughout the entire process. It should be at this time that the case is either accepted per F.B.I. guidelines, at times allowances and acceptance, or not.

     2. UNDERSTANDING-In this stage, the victim is made to understand that the agent, perhaps the Bureau, coincides with believing and/or feeling that the problem is relevant.

     3. ATTENTIVE-This stage is when the agent is all ears, wanting to know all pertinent details about the dilemma. The agent may ask for supporting information, or may wait until later. The "good guy, bad guy" routine may be introduced at this time, in the form of a teacher-like demeanor, probably no harsher.

     4. REASSURING-This is the time after all required and needed information is obtained, and likely not at the first meeting. A time of discussion with other agents is needed to weight the case in the balances, ascertaining that the victim has been honest and accurate, what can be done, if victim participation is needed, and so forth. This is also a time to allow the victim to enter a state of suspense and uncertainty. One thing that does is to give the victim time to reflect upon various things, such as: was all information given?; was going to the F.B.I. the best course of action?; what will become of victim if problem cannot be remedied; other things.
     This time frame also provides another window for the feds to be sure that the victim isn't really a mole or other subversive, and causes the victim to develop confidence that the Bureau can successfully remedy the problem.

     5. DETERMINED-The agent is determined to have the necessary resources by which to tackle the quandary, maybe even conveying an air of indignation at the perpetrators.

     6. ENCOURAGING-The agent assures the victim that everything in the agency's power will be done to pursue the offenders and conclude the case in an effective manner, with a professional demeanor, possibly condescending personally, conceding that the agent has a personal affinity for solving those types of obstacles in others' lives.

     7. FATHERLY AND CAUTIONING-This phase involves the agent manifesting a more personal affinity for the situation, prepping the victim for a more sure trust of the agent and his division. Here, the "good guy" is mostly played, but when the "bad guy" pops up, it is in a fatherly way, as a mentor, rather than as an antagonist. Also emphasized is the need for secrecy.

     8. REQUESTING-Now the victim is shown that some involvement is necessary for a successful implementation of an investigation. One level or another of participation and responsibility by the victim is asked. At this point, it may be interjected that the victim does not have to help, but the chances of a solved case is slim otherwise. It is likely that at this time, a statement of non-disclosure is produced, a general requirement, but sometimes able to be waived. This protects the Bureau from it's secret operational modes being discovered by "outsiders". It is also a handy tool by which to be sure that participants don't spill the beans about any unconstitutional, shady, unethical or otherwise illegal methods.

     9. TRUSTING-By now, if the victim hasn't messed up, or at lest usually too bad, the door has been shut behind them, yet not locked. The "apprentice" is given more responsibility and trust, made to feel more like a part of an investigative team, assigned certain tasks. During this time the helper is observed and scrutinized further for not only complete honesty, impartiality and discernment concerning the duty, but also sized up to decide whether or not that person would make a desirable, partially casual or regular informant, possibly an acting agent or, in some cases, a candidate for official training at Quantico, Virginia, after a time frame of OJT instruction and experience.

     10. PRESUMPTUOUS: "By-laws" (the icing on the crap cake)-The by-law part is usually set down early on, once it has been determined that the Bureau can and will take the case. In simplistic terms, this means that if the F.B.I. takes the case, the victim must submit to control by, initially, the main handling agent, and, later, it evolves into dominion and direction by other agents and informers. The person, already having been a victim, is told that unless they agree to that, the Bureau cannot handle the case. Eventually this becomes a huge, presumptuous ploy during which it is assumed that the pertinent government personnel has virtually complete jurisdiction in all matters of the "conscript's" life, which pit the unwitting pawn is lowered into a little bit at a time.

     11. LESS OVERT-Generally, up to this point, everything has been up front and straight forward. But now, partly due to workload and being subject to case priority, not enough time exists for such personal interaction. Therefore, the new sleuth is prepped for the realm of covert activity, being instructed to be aware of what is happening around them; who is doing what; what is said; who talks to who; etc.
     By now, some of the agent's associates have been informed that there is a greenhorn in their midst, and all relevant details. By and large, quips are relayed to the new one, things which have been discussed between the agent and the subject-in-training, letting the new person become aware of who is on the inside. Interaction between the new person and one or more of the more veteran sleuths may or may not be encouraged and/or required. That depends upon circumstance.

     12. SECRETLY DEMANDING-Once the new guy, or gal, is settled in to a new sub-lifestyle and dependability is established, the novice, but more experienced, detective-in-training, has learned the "language" of the lawful participation in the "underground", one more step is required for the Bureau to gain nearly total control [manipulation] of the previously initiated operative. After learning to take directions in a less tangible manner and knowing for sure what to do, demands begin to appear. If questioning the validity of such orders, the "good guy" reappears in the discussion, and the idea is conveyed that since the person is a bona fide ally or colleague, they, like agents and other officers themselves, are subject to obeisance. This is the point at which the horse is almost clear through the gate, but balks: a good slap on the ass sends the animal into the corral and the gate is latched.

     13. "RESIGNEDLY" OPPRESSIVE COVERTLY W/ PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY-Once having reached this point, it's all set: the person becomes a victim a second time, but may not yet be aware that they are, having been indoctrinated with the idea that due to conditions of their situation, complications and the nature of investigative and intelligence undertakings, it is often unavoidable that discomfort and pitfalls be encountered and endured.
     That is partly true in the best of cases, but it is little known that by this point, the victim may have been cleverly made out to be a criminal, indicated by castigation and ostracizing by peers, friends and even family. A few things told to me back in the day were: "...it takes time"; "...we'll make it right"; "...just be patient".
     This is also the right time for the rube to be assured that, "...I know it doesn't seem right, but it';; work out. And besides, if you quit now, we might not be able to successfully finish, plus there are others depending on you, and they could be in danger if you suddenly pull out", or some such thing. And that is inherently true in many states of affairs; again, nefarious agents will pull strings and perform stunts by which to make sure that such is the case.
     And overall, factors are contrived by which to implement "plausible deniability", formerly a tool of mainly the C.I.A. That means that conditions are orchestrated in order to be able to deny having done or said some certain thing, something the Bureau has become quite fond of.

     14. OVERTLY OPPRESSIVE-By now, the horse has been confined to a certain area and worn down to a degree to which it cannot jump over the fence. There is one exit from the pasture, a wide open area, teeming with rough terrain and all sorts of wild predators. Once reaching the stage described in item 13, item 14 is inevitable, even if bailing out. This step is the ultimate rendition of being run through the wringer, but much more severe if "jumping ship". This is the final staging area for the Bureau creating either a full fledged operative of one level or another (those who no longer resist anything); a functioning criminal (those who flat out refuse to abide by blatant violation of Civil and Constitutional rights, against themselves, and toward others, by virtue of what personnel do), or; a pariah.

     15. DENIAL OF BEING ACQUAINTED-Staged for complete failure in all endeavors, the victim may make complaints to appropriate? authorities, who have likely already been prepped via lies, half-truths and other deceptions, to refuse to assist the hapless dupe; or else, the, again, appropriate? authorities have been intimidated into silence and "ignorance" of any wrongs by the Bureau. It is in steps 14 or 15 that some are remanded to one or another protection programs, some victims relenting.
     This is the ultimate step in not only covert bullying, but denial to others of having ever known the victim.

     16. PARIAH-SHIP, DESTRUCTION, INCARCERATION OF SUBJECT, OR; IN SOME CASES THE VICTIM IS ABLE TO ESCAPE THE TOTALITARIAN INTENT-This step is IT (pan to agents rubbing their hands together and drooling, kissing their swastikas)! The pawn has been a victim many times over by various "sides" and arenas. The now designated culprit often has been unable, even unaware, of devices used against them and may have committed crime in order to survive, or even, while performing duty in a manner something like one of Pavlov's dogs done things which could be trumped up to appear as crime, and must choose to go one way or another.
     If like me, who has been dealt with in these manners, even though having been a commissioned acting agent, and have even been banned from making reports to most federal agencies, including the National Crime Call Center, you have finally determined that is not protests, reports or threats which make the most viable difference, but rather the exercising and full use of the First Amendment to Constitution of the United States of America!
     All Amendments are important, as well as the main body of the Constitution and the Declaration of independence, and I am an extremely firm believer in the Second Amendment meaning individual citizens. However, our greatest weapon of choice against tyranny should be the First Amendment. Once we have to resort to the Second for survival of individual and national sovereignty, most of the rest are likely already gone!

     Chances are, that not all, or even most or many, agents are aware of these patterns and modes of induction into the "intelligence" realm, either as an inductee or as a culprit. Methods like these are mostly implemented and utilized by special agents, and possibly by a select few. However, it is relatively easy for the whole described layout to be initiated.

     The "good guy, bad guy" routine at it's basic level is known and/or employed by all seasoned investigators and interrogators. Simply put, one cop comes across to a suspect as being a no nonsense, cut-'em-no-slack-diehard, so as to help break down a culprit's resistance to telling the truth, beginning the process of wearing them down psychologically. Then, after maybe soaking in the reality of their dilemma, the accused is approached by the "good guy", who seems sympathetic and understanding, maybe willing to make a deal. This happens even before arrest sometimes, before the future prisoner even knows that they are under suspicion or investigation.

     The series of patterns described above, boxed into one program, can be conducted by the administrator of a case, using a number of agents, informers and civilian confidants, in under cover mode, straight up style or within a combination of both, again, either before or after the suspect or victim [of covert/unlawful conscription] is aware that anything is going on, possibly both. Part of the ploy could be meted out beforehand and the other part later. There is not necessarily a set order of events, but rather that might be dependent upon the nature of the case or circumstance, the emotional and psychological disposition or state of the subject and other factors. Intelligence agents and operatives are trained in the area of evaluating people, as well as in other, more known arenas.

     Seeing as how that even agents working on the same case are not always allowed, maybe seldom, to discuss details with each other or even know that any particular peer is pursuing the same thing as they, it is simple for the agent in charge to manipulate everyone involved in an investigation, which end goal is not always expressed to the agents themselves.

     In a nut shell, one agent is the sympathetic one; another the meticulously attentive; a third plays the demanding one; another the extrovert and still another the very covert operator; and so forth. Any given agent, informer or acquaintance of the subject may or may not be playing a role, "acting". Someone who has a particular dislike for certain crimes may be the "bad guy", while an agent, or other personnel, who has the same off-duty interests and outlooks personal-wise, such as religious or political, as the target person, may be assigned to be encouraging, understanding, etc., one person possibly playing more than one specific role.

     On the other hand, a participant may be told a lie about the subject, in order to not so much as play a part as to actually be completely sincere in their dealings with the person. That often happens with a victim's peers. For instance, though people may not like or trust the government, many cannot fathom agents, officers or operatives outright lying about people, especially their friends. So when a falsehood is spread, it directs how people in the know regard, thus treat and interact with that person.

     These are just a few examples, and unfortunately, the possibilities are endless. These methods are not limited to F.B.I. folks by any means, nor to police officers, as informers and unconnected people use some or all of the mentioned means by which to afflict a target person. I've seen such ways implemented by persons both government and civilian at all statuses of life, though it is primarily resorted to by investigators, their informers and other connected civilians.

     Think of it like a surprise party being planned for someone by ten or fifteen of their friends. A good bit of acting, planning and deception has to occur in order to get the recipient to stay at work longer than usual, thinking that nobody remembered the birthday, take a different route home, hide everybody's car, and so on.

     Some agents and others who read this will likely think that necessary secrets are being delved out here, but two things: patterns being required for certain case conclusions are common knowledge, especially among criminals, and;
Stony Loft, quotes about Domination:
If you look like a rabbit, and act like a rabbit, you will be treated like a rabbit -- prey for all predators;

Cornelius Tacitus, quotes about Domination:
The lust for power, for dominating others, inflames the heart more than any other passion;

Arthur Balfour, quotes about Psycho-Politics:
The power of authority is never more subtle and effective than when it produces a psychological “atmosphere” or “climate” favorable to the life of certain modes of belief, unfavorable, and even fatal, to the life of others;

Alan Barth, quotes about Psycho-Politics:
Character assassination is at once easier and surer than physical assault; and it involves far less risk for the assassin. It leaves him free to commit the same deed over and over again, and may, indeed, win him the honors of a hero in the country of his victims;

Isaiah Berlin, quotes about Psycho-Politics:
All forms of tampering with human beings, getting at them, shaping them against their will to your own pattern, all thought control and conditioning is, therefore, a denial of that in men which makes them men and their values ultimate;

Edward Bernays, quotes about Psycho-Politics:
The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society;

Alan Bloom, quotes about Psycho-Politics:
Freedom of the mind requires not only, or not even especially, the absence of legal constraints but the presence of alternative thoughts. The most successful tyranny is not the one that uses force to assure uniformity, but the one that removes awareness of other possibilities;

Lord Acton, quotes about Secrecy:
Everything secret degenerates, even the administration of justice; nothing is safe that does not show how it can bear discussion and publicity.

                                                                   Some Relevant Thoughts

     This is not to say that all F.B.I. agents are nefarious, nor do I endorse going out and murdering anybody, which urges need to be restrained. At this point in time, we can still correct abuses of authority and liberty by government, corporatists and erroneous church members via non-violent measures, enabled by knowledge from valid sources. As for individual sovereignty and security, reading the 'Book' and adhering to it will produce that, even if circumstances and the environment descend into the depths to which Ancient Rome fell [ ]. The difference between making it or not, is dependent upon one: as a great warrior once said, if you fall down eight times, rise seven times [ http://classics.mit.edu/Tzu/artwar.html ; Proverbs 24:16 ; http://www.presentationzen.com/presentationzen/2011/03/fall-down-seven-times-get-up-eight-the-power-of-japanese-resilience.html ].
     As my former federal supervisor once said, "...they don't want people who think about orders; they want people who will do exactly as told". He never fit into that category then, thank God, and that mindset needs to change. As an explicit example, during most especially the Vietnam Conflict, platoons and companies were sometimes sent out to search for big guns of the enemy which were known to be in some particular mountain, yet not pinpointed to a specific enough location to fire upon or assault.

     Unknown to the troops, in those circumstances, they were sent out to draw fire in order that observers could determine exactly where the armaments were hidden, effectively turning the soldiers into involuntary cannon fodder. What we need are leaders who will not use people as though they are equipment, and; people who can and will think for themselves and in such a case, figure out how to find the guns without needlessly sacrificing human lives.
     The methods and ploys I've described are explainable by psychological terms, but it goes deeper: psychological warfare is the outward manifestation of spiritual warfare of the dark side [Ephesians 6:10-19, II Timothy 3:13, Nehemiah 2:17-20, 3:33-38, 4:1-3, 6:1,6,8,10-14, II Kings 18:17,19-22, 25,28-36, Zechariah 4:6, II Kings 19:32-37. The new American Bible].

     It is possible that the methods described are not mainly or normally prescribed by the F.B.I., seeing as how I my main mentor was shown as an F.B.I. agent, but was likely actually a C.I.A. operative, having ties with the United States marshals and the U.S. Department of State. However, being familair with all of those, a history research on those agencies will reveal that it is likely an instrument of the F.B.I., though not exclusive to them in whole.

Bruce Lee's martial arts style was so effective because he took the best from all various forms that were. Likewise and in contrast, elements of America are taking the "best" of mind and behavior control techniques, combining them and initiating plans by which to control (different than govern) the masses, Freudian-based ideas being utilized by government, corporations and organized churches (keep in mind that it was erroneous church (temple) people who wanted Christ crucified, not the government, and; it was some churches who pressed the government to extirminate the Apaches in the old west in Arizona, who would have lived peacefully beside the White man, until the Whites got greedy and presumptuous [II Timothy 4:3,4, II John 9-11, Luke 6:22, Matthew 10:16-25, Hebrews 12:7, I Peter 2:19 > Galatians 1:8,9 (the "we" in the Galatians verses is the original apostles, not modern doctrine).
