F.B.I. SCAM

As a matter of security other than in the area of canines, beware of unknown people intimidating you or others, who you suspect may be government people. One of the FBI’s stunts in their black bag of tricks is not only having their informants or agents harass people in order to get them to start making reports to police, in order to gain informants, sometimes they also push people who they believe may begin associating with organizations like the mafia. After a time, they will offer to unconnect them from whatever organization like that they’ve connected with, and of course the person has to tell them all about it. Join me in my campaign against thugs.
Always keep in mind that generally, corrupt government people can do nothing evil to people, in a free society, without the aid of some of the citizenry. So government corruption is ALWAYS enabled in part, to a large degree, by civilians.
True Security Services is in favor of a law and order based, Judao-Christian concept enhanced, Liberty and Freedom enabled society. Corruption must stop and the Constitution must reign.
Psychological warfare is also being waged upon Americans more and more by our government, and I believe that the F.B.I. is at it’s lead. I will write an article or two on this later, for Special Security News, but in a nutshell, it is comprised of manipulating people’s emotions and such in order to help usher in Socialism. It’s similar to watching a movie which moves a person emotionally in one way or another, but it’s just a movie, fakery.

AIDING GOVERNMENT

There are many people with good intentions who unknowingly participate in the wrong venue for their own personal protocol, speaking from experience. There are others who, either with or without good intentions, who induct others into a venue for which they should have no direct affiliation. Still others there are, who for one or more of a number of reasons, take advantage of others in compelling them to further an agenda in a way not compatible with what the “inductee” ought to be doing.
Right now, the United States Government is not only too large and both far and over reaching, they are attempting to exercise undue control, a few steps beyond governance, over we the people. Daniel Webster summed it up well, when he said “ Good intentions will always be pleaded for every assumption of authority. It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters (1).

Prosecutor’s Dept. Corruption or Federal Intimidation?

When I was in Colorado during 1994-95, and was around a female who had some pretty direct mafia ties, why did she, without my having mentioned it, mention Terri Weaver? And why was it, that the F.B.I., though once telling me that they had the “goods” on Mrs. Weaver, never arrest her. And why is it that, after going over material I submitted to her years ago, info pertaining to things criminal, never once contact me for details? I know one reason why. It is because the F.B.I. stood on her. It has been commonplace for the feds to flip people over into working for them, even when an arrest would actually serve true justice, or else exoneration, if innocent, or at least intimidate the person into silence.
I have to wonder if the state of current affairs with the Wabash County Prosecutor’s Investigative Dept. doesn’t have something to do with an event purported to have taken place back in the late sixties or seventies: some man who had threatened to expose a corrupt county prosecutor was found dead in a home, and when the cops arrived, that prosecutor and several other local officials were already there.
Note that everything posted here in the ‘Notes’ section, on my website and anything else I’ve posted, other than some more recent criminal occurrences, has been reported to the F.B.I. at one time or another, and verified. The feds started taking over the county during Striker’’s term, and they needed to move in. However, nothing has changed except the placement of power, and all of the same criminals are still in office. The F.B.I., when necessary, needs to move in, clean up a county, and then go home.
What is happening, is that officials at all levels are, under a Constitutional guise, actually implementing certain Socialist edicts which further their own lucrative pockets and bogus careers, not caring particularly who their masters are, so long as they can continue to ply their craft. And I’ll just about bet that some of them are reading this as I’m typing it.
I think that someone erroneously thought that I was connected with the mob, because I ran around with someone who was. But what Terri’s friend didn’t know, is that we investigated her pretty thoroughly as well as others. Brenda, my friend, came out clean, actually, but such was not the case with some Wabash officials.
In retrospect, I think that Terri’s mistake has been allowing herself to be intimidated by the F.B.I. Some years ago, I submitted a report to her, consisting of a lot of things listed on ‘Case Outline’ in this ‘Notes’ section. She was going to look into issues, but before she even got started, she suddenly got shut down, and wouldn’t return phone calls to me and evaded me. That is not acceptable and is childish. I suspected Neil Hoener as the culprit and called him. He didn’t deny having prohibited her from investigating the cases, giving a flim flam excuse.
The F.B.I. and I did get 2 mob guys out of prison in ‘94, because they had been unjustly incarcerated. And later, sometime around 2000, the F.B.I. used the mob to get at the “underground” “constitutional” group. I objected when Hoener asked me what I thought. Nonetheless, the mob did a stand up job. However, none of that means that I am a mafia person, even though I have consulted with them a time or two, because I am not, which means that none of the mob connects lord over me, nor will they. I have almost died defending my freedom, yours, and theirs. And I will die before I hedge on any of my freedom. If you will not fight for freedom and liberty, dying if need be, then your thinking is wrong. By the same token, I, and you, will choose whether or not and what to sacrifice, not another.
Thing about the F.B.I., they’re really intelligent people, and good at what they do. Unfortunately they do not always do the right thing. For example, with a lot of the people they flip, or roll, they have them to disrupt, harass, inflict and shaft people, hoping they’ll do something like go to the mob or some other organization across the fence, so they can either: arrest the dissenter for some type of offense, or; let the target join the unlawful group, then later, offer opportunity to get out, in exchange for? you guessed it, INFORMATION. Gotta hand it to the feds, they are clever, even when they can’t be ethical and fair.

Nefariously Unjust

Beware of any government investigator or other employee, or anyone else, who confides in you about some other person, and tells you not to mention the discussion to the person referred to, when it is said or implied that the person discussed needs to be watched for their protection. That should immediately throw up a red flag. When that happens, there is ill intent involved, and that stunt has been pulled on people who have disappeared. It stands to reason that if someone needs to be observed for safety, then that person should be the first to be aware of it. When otherwise, it means that they are setting someone up for possible extermination, or unjustly being forced to submit to one or another of the protection programs, a convenient way to get rid of potential whistle blowers. Once that occurs, the culprits can continue to perpetrate crime against people who make a stand for things good and against others.
During the nineties, there were some corrupt U.S. Marshals from the Indianapolis protection program involved with an "underground" group of subversives and dishonest informers and a few cops and other officials, all of whom were handily ridding themselves of any who dared go against the crimes that they were committing and perpetuating, which were few, since not very many make a concerted effort.
The Colorado Springs, Colorado F.B.I. verified this during the nineties, aided by the C.I.A. As far as I know, no arrests were ever made, and someone in the F.B.I. revamped the systematic and irregular methodology implemented by the crooks, instituting it into their own tool by which to accomplish an insidious agenda, even employing some of the original culprits, hiding them behind a guise of apprehending those responsible for initially managing the nefarious program in the first place.
In 1994, I discovered that a local ambulance service was likely being used as an aid in placing subjects into some type of protection program, that service reputed to be owned by the mafia. When I went to Colorado from Wabash County afterwards, I talked to a couple of former gang members who had had association with the mob. They stated that people who desire to join the mob could go hang around a certain square in New York City, and an someone from the La Cosa Nostra would pick them up for an informal interview. Incidentally, I learned from several sources that the mafia has their own change of identity program.
Unless laws have changed, a person can go by any name they choose, so long as it doesn’t belong to someone else and they don’t obtain government issued i.d. for it, which only the federal government is supposed to do. I’m not necessarily condemning the practice, because some do in order to be saved from unscrupulous government people and civilians. Civilians still largely control the government, and an abundance of manipulation is orchestrated at all levels. Believe what you may, but the government is not nearly as corrupt and erroneous in thinking as much of the civilian populace. I presented one case to the F.B.I., in which scores of civilians were lying and manipulating the cops, getting innocent people in trouble, undermining investigations and thus covering up their own crimes.
Note that it isn't easy to blow the whistle on corruption, especially by the government, particularly when they are assisted by people who you may think are your friends, but it's time for people to develop a spine resembling a ramrod, or else that same steel bar will eventually be shoved up your rectum. When an ethnic cleansing starts, and it will eventually occur, the dictatorial ones will kill everyone who is aware of their corruption. Some mobsters have proven themselves patriotic and helpful in voluntarily subduing certain criminal elements which had gotten way out of hand, but others are too greedy and power hungry., plying their craft through both officials and civilians alike.
An element within various government entities, aided by erroneously overbearing, domineering, unjust, selfish and unscriptural church members and certain, so-called constitutional groups are the worst when it comes to controlling people. While claiming to be patriotic, they actually implement select edicts pronounced by the Obama administration by which to further their own seedy agenda, such as the "pack and stack" provision of 'Agenda 21' and other features of the Socialist program which hinders other people's liberty and freedoms. They think that they are contributing to their own well being and independence, though in reality they are slaves to the very system which they abuse and insist that they regard as corrupt.
What is happening now is the passive (so far) equivalent of what Adolph Hitler orchestrated, in his quest to restore Germany to her prior greatness. Hardly anyone dared rock the boat, not out of fear, because few knew what was going on behind the scenes concerning genocide, and that was because most everyone was of one mind and one accord, and it was held in disdain for anyone to disrupt the flow of uniformity and harmony of intended end results. During World War Two, America and her allies stopped the axis powers and saved the day, and it was then discovered what was happening to the Jews and dissenters. If the current trend continues, America will be as one of the old axis authorities, and there will be none to intervene.
There is one church in the county that I know has members who have one thing or another to do with getting people replaced with someone else and/or getting whistleblowers placed in some kind of identity change program, probably not a government one, but one ran by a far right “constitutional” group: a Baptist church on the north side of the river in Wabash, as well as others. The modern day, American, organized church has become corrupt in many ways. It’s nothing new. Looking back at history, both secular and Biblical, reveals that the church, and the temple in Old Testament times, has always had periods of wickedness.
A church parishioner named Helen has a son named Charles, who may be an unauthorized proxy for myself, not the only one, has disrupted some vital investigations which will benefit local society once finished. I’ve seen proxies for many people, the method usually misused. Part of this at least the F.B.I. has verified, but it appears that instead of arresting them, they flipped them, making them work for the Bureau, but they have used the opportunity to discover more about the F.B.I. and other agencies, in order to undermine just efforts.

BRIEF SYNOPSIS

     There is a possibility that potential customers who contact me by phone or email are getting harassed/intimidated, by some disgruntled and corrupt FBI people or other law enforcement people, which serves them two main purposes: it makes it appear that I am running a front, which discredits my business integrity, and; it helps them to gain more illicit power, because by discrediting me, if successful, it thwarts attempts by honest and ethical DOJ and law enforcement people to stop corruption in government, concerning previous cases I worked. There is also strong reason to believe that people whose websites I visit are sometimes harassed. Simple thing for them to do. Note that the FBI does not look into every report themselves, due to the workload as compared with available staff. Many of their workload is sublet to private investigators, other agencies and of course, informants. Not only that, but confidential information has been given to people known to be shady, by both the FBI and the Indiana State Police at Peru, IN.

I am just a peon, but I was the main investigator for a series of cases during the nineties, which involved corrupt law enforcement personnel, informants and a few federal people. Instead of nailing the culprits, some dishonest federal people just more or less took over the covert program that was being used to undermine true law enforcement, thereby further bilking decent American people.

I no longer engage in any sleuth work, but I use knowledge from previous experience to support various kinds of security venues. If anything out of the ordinary happens when or after contacting me, or trying to, I suggest reporting it to the sheriff, and/or calling me until you get in touch at 765-244-2624. My schedule is rather erratic right now, but I am usually home or around close between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., home for dinner and home from 7 p.m. and on, usually up til 11 p.m.

      These kinds of things may seem outlandish, but this is a rather simple ploy that some of the feds are fond of using, when they want to distance a would be victim from other people. As an example of punishing an innocent person in order to save themselves embarrassment, the FBI tried to disown Agent Joseph Pistone, after having successfully infiltrated the mafia during the eighties. According to Pistone's book, there were some things disclosed that made the FBI look bad or something, so they tried to say that he was never an FBI agent, though he was. They didn't get away with disowning Pistone, better known as 'Donnie Brasco'.

The FBI has, at one time or another, told people that I was/am in association with the mafia, which was never true, in order that they could monitor any unfamiliar faces who got in touch with me. Sometimes the FBI will covertly harass people so much that they turn to organizations like the mob or other criminal organizations, and once they're established with them, attempt to get them to inform for them. Ironically, after meeting with FBI Special Agent Neil Hoener and relaying information to him about corruption in the informant networks, once he checked some things out, he urged me to keep things to myself and him, and noted that "...this is 'our thing'." " 'Our Thing" is another name for La Cosa Nostra, the mafia. He reiterated that more than once, saying "...remember, it's our thing", yet later, we both agreed that the mob was not much involved in the whole business of what I had discovered, other than some people on the fringes and maybe a few connected people.

      Though I believe the mob to be more respectful of ordinary people, as compared to some of the FBI people, they still, though usually more patriotic than many FBI folks, carry on in criminal activities, which I do not condone. Nonetheless, our government is becoming more criminal than anyone ever has been, destroying our sovereignty, freedom and liberty. The mob, on the other hand, when saying that they have nothing against you, have nothing against you and leave you alone. In that they are much more honorable than certain elements of the United States Government.

      I am not condoning what David Koresh was doing, but according to reports, his group had no illegal weapons and Koresh could have been arrested and/or questioned at any time, as he jogged every day and often went into the nearby town. They simply wanted him destroyed, and in the process, "ironically", two federal agents were killed during the raid, but apparently not by anyone within the Koresh compound. Those same two agents were reported to have been in the know about certain activities of Bill Clinton and associates, being in the number of the some sixty people who died under mysterious circumstances, people who were a part of an investigation into the Clintons.

      One seemingly favorite stunt of some rogue feds and possibly rogue law enforcement, is to harass, intimidate and victimize people covertly, who blow the whistle on corruption in government, orchestrating it in such a way as to be very hard to prove, and then claim that the person reporting the corruption is in need of being placed on medication. My old FBI superior/mentor tried that a few times with me. But little did he know that I had other people watching who could validate some subtle activity, both what I was checking out and what some of the FBI folks were up to.

      In 1993, while working at Eagle Picher, Huntington, IN, while in the process of trying to get a drug dealer busted, being attached to Detective Greg Hedrick, I discovered an illicit car parts and gun dealing scheme. Nothing came of it then, but I reported it to Blackjack in 1994, and the place ended up being shut down, the entire business, completely. Later, I got a call from one of the people from the administrative dept. of Eagle Picher, telling me that the FBI destroyed their business, even though they cooperated with them in getting the criminal elements stopped. I asked Blackjack why they shut the whole business down, and his reply was, "...because we can...", and "...we deemed it fit to...".

      Another earmark of the FBI is intervening, or meddling, in a doctor-patient relationship. Because of reporting very unusual and even bizarre activity by subjects, both government and civilian, not only has Blackjack threatened or strongly suggested that I be put on medication, but has went so far as to consult with a medical doctor I sometimes visit for checkups. The irony is that he investigated many of my reports himself, personally, and validated them. In the meanwhile, at the time, I managed to get some government people who verified what I was talking about to stand on Blackjack.

      One of the most unsettling situations, at least to most, is while talking to Hoener, or Blackjack, a few years after returning to Indiana, he mentioned that they had a lot of "car bodies" stacked up. People who were a part of a harassment scheme from their vehicles were referred to as cars. I said to him, "...you mean like stolen cars or something?" He, instead of saying no, said he meant [car] bodies on ice. The rest of the conversation indicated he did in fact mean human bodies. I'm not opposed to the worst of culprits who really menace and harm people in society from becoming corpses, but I think they've neglected to deal with the worst ones. And since it's been suggested that I've taken part in some not so legal dealings resulting in the abrupt end of certain people's illegal and unethical activity, I've mentioned it here. Any I've done were self defense or under orders (one or two, murderers out of reach of the law, under the military, conducted by the CIA, in 1984/85), the last one being in 1992, in the midst of a night assault. I refuse to take the blame for what someone else has done.

      I took an oath on it, to swear not to mention it to anyone for twenty years, and then only if I needed to. I kept my end of that, and the reason for telling is because evidence strongly suggests that someone has been doing some manipulating to cause me to have to become an assassin for them, someone wrapped in the government, someone who is known around my local area and beyond, being entwined with CIA, FBI, U.S. Marshalls, and local, state and county police.

      Someone may ask, am I sure that Blackjack and Hoener are two different people? Well, they bear some strong resemblances but not that closely, plus their builds are different. I saw Blackjack and who I believe is a CIA proxy during the summer of 2013, a few miles south of Pierceton, IN on S.R. 13.

Everything I've mentioned here or on my website concerning these things I have already relayed, at one time or another, to one or another government authority. Problem is, the intelligence world is a deep, dark, profound and sinister place. Most of them, if they can use you, will do so, as though you were a piece of equipment. The First Amendment is one of our greatest weapons against white collar tyranny.

Unfortunately, crime against people is becoming more and more covert and tricky, as America is becoming more and more moral and ethical outwardly, though not always inwardly. ATTEMPTS AT "DECEASE"

Anyone who exposes government corruption needs to be aware that if the information is damning enough, the guilty parties may try to have the “whistle blower” listed among the dearly departed, to one degree or another, or at least hidden. They do this in lieu of murdering dissenters who voice their opinions loudly enough and their opposition to bogus activity by government personnel.
This was verified by the F.B.I. during the nineties as occurring in the Wabash Valley region, after I uncovered that illicit practice while sleuthing for then Sheriff Tim Roberts in 1993, during the process of garnering hours for a private investigator’s license. Ironically, a few years later, the F.B.I., via Special Agent Neil Hoener [ret], offered to validate somewhere between 1,000 and 2,000 hours, which I declined, having decided to forgo a career in investigations.
According to United States Marshall Jenny Fetig (ph.), once in charge of the witness protection program in one city, a good woman and an asset to America, nobody can force one to participate in that type of agenda. That is almost without saying, as it would be a blatant violation of someone’s Constitutional and Civil rights. Nonetheless, even though the F.B.I. forced the illegally acting U.S. Marshalls from the Indianapolis portion of the protection program to clean up their act, they have an element which performs the same covert and surreptitious operation.
What often happens is that they have the victim purposely endangered, or make it appear as though they are in danger, and at the opportune time, offer them a chance to be placed in their “protection” program, as they, the U.S. Marshalls and the C.I.A. all have one, the Marshall’s reportedly having the most extensive one. Other times, they tell friends, family and associates that the target is in danger, and to treat them accordingly, not even informing the person who is supposedly in danger that anything of that nature is happening. So what it amounts to is a program of intimidation and inhibition.
Incidentally, there is one female who attended a going away party with me, before I shipped out for basic training when I was 18. She, and a few others, can sure as hell positively identify me. I already let those perverts from the protection programs know, years ago, that if they ever try to do that to me, I will be notifying some mob people. We in America all protect each other, we don’t need those freak bastards, the regular U.S. Marshall’s themselves commenting that some of the protection program officers are weirdos.
I did forget to previously mention a few points: I don’t condone crime the mob does, and am not affiliated with them, as such, but some of them and I made an agreement some years ago, not to bother each other. A higher up called me in, well, we’ll say 1994, wondering what I was up to with the F.B.I., so I told him, since it didn’t involve the mob. Later, in/around 2004, Hoener called me to say that the mob was going to help the F.B.I. on a particular corruption case, which helped greatly. Mobsters are patriots, too, and sometimes, both sides of the law have a common enemy. So technically, since the secondary aspect of cases Hoener and I worked involved corruption in the F.B.I. as well as other parts of the government, and the primary case involved U.S. marshall corruption (Indy, mainly), it would technically be lawful to tell at least whatever mob helped the F.B.I., about questionable tactics by government folks to force people into protection programs.
Ironically, the F.B.I. has a lot of bullies in it, and programs by which to create a psychosis, such as making people think that there is an F.B.I. agent behind every door. So be it. Part of True Security Services’ policy is, that concerning agents who abuse their authority in any way, especially by performing psychological warfare, it’s time to make them believe that there is a full blown patriot or other protester of Socialist policies behind every door, around every corner and somewhere near, watching every move they make. It’s called various cultures uniting for a specific purpose, namely, in order to orchestrate the appropriation of balance of power.
I’m not associated with the mob, as it were, haven’t made any money-making deals or compromised any cases at any time, but am simply not on bad terms with them. When the mob guy called me, in 1997 or ‘98, actually, not ‘94, he was just wondering what was going on. How he heard of me I don’t know, unless it was because I kept some mob people from being framed by the F.B.I. in 1994, in Colorado. Could also be from Hoener and I getting 2 mob guys out of prison, who were there for a crime they didn’t commit. All I did was relay the message to Hoener, from a mob guy who approached me in ‘94, and they did most of the rest, though the feds had me do a little something towards that end. After telling the guy what we had been doing, part of which was trying to nail a group of paramilitary-like people who used the constitution as a guise with which to undermine wholesome operations and entities, as well as other groups, including the mob, he said he’d get in touch with one of us if he found anything out, which he did later.
By putting ‘94 as the year he called me, I imagine that someone from the F.B.I. who wants things covered up used that as a way to say that I compromised the cases we were working on, and so they couldn’t effectively deal with them. He would likely go on to say that because of that, I left Colorado abruptly and so they put out an APB on me, which they did. But I left suddenly because some F.B.I. people had me setup for being hit, which I had suspected and so left, the F.B.I. later verifying it. The F.B.I. put out an APB on me because I told no one in Colorado I was leaving, but had lined up a job back here in Indiana. Some cops and F.B.I. here in Indiana knew of the APB and called me about it, and found out the real reason it was out, saying I needed to call the Colorado F.B.I. and tell them all was well, which I did 3 weeks after arriving.
Note: there is a big difference between militias, and the far right “constitution” group to which I am referring here; the mob traditionally does not rob people who can’t afford it, and generally doesn’t hassle anyone who is outside of their circle of business associates; in all probability, the mob people who have been helping the F.B.I. would likely be framed sooner or later, especially if protesting government corruption; there are mob people who do not commit crime; the state police usually don’t hassle the mob, because the mob keeps the gangs in line; there is a lot more interaction between the mob and government entities than generally known, especially between the C.I.A. and the mob.

By the same token, even though the mob is patriotic, they are also greedy, very greedy, of both money and power. The mafia can survive a totalitarian regime; they can thrive in a capitalistic one.
And while true that they can and do perform good deeds for people, there is also often a great deal of ulterior motive with some or many of them. The La Costra Nostra has the capability of doing what even the government is sometimes not able to do, retaining their own private investigators, lawyers, acountants, technical people and so forth, as well as possessing probably all, or most, of the same advanced gadgetry as the government.
Ironically, it is documented that in Wabash County, during the nineties, more than one person was unnecessarily put into some protection program, the ploy being partially enabled by the use of an ambulance service, which the mob owned and/or controlled. There was correlation between them and some corrupt U.S. Marshalls out of Indianapolis, Indiana, also verified and documented by the F.B.I., with the aid of a couple of C.I.A. operatives, who were reported as saying that "they barely made it out."
I interviewed several people, out on the street, who had formerly had ties with the mob, and the mafia has their own style of identity change and protection program, having people in law enforcement, Bureau of Motor Vehicles and other government personnel on the take. It wouldn't be hard for them to effectively hide people, as they own many legitimate businesses having nothing to do with crime. Many of those business's managers and other personnel don't even know that their place of employ is owned by the mob.
I did read some time ago that the mob has been pressuring Hollywood to demonize private gun ownership, which is fueling the insidious fire to take them out of the hands of citizens. How the mob would expect not to be slaughtered, in that case, by government agencies and/or other criminal organizations, is a case of puzzlement, unless they are more in concert with sections of government which are seeking to centralize our nation and merge it with the 'New World Order'.
To reiterate, there are people involved with the mob, indirectly, who are good people, patriotic and even Christian, but there are many in the mob who are power hungry and care only about money and power, being totalitarianists. Overall, most of us in America are caught up in, or at least affected by, the turmoil created by many different entities all striving for control. And frankly, our government certainly uses criminal organizations to keep the population subdued. So whatever we do, we need to walk quite circumspectly, because about all organizations are partly frauds.
My F.B.I. superior from Colorado Springs, who used the name Neil Hoener, aka ‘Blackjack’, who also made me quit calling him by that name, telling me his real name, had a bit too much affinity with the mob even back then, it seemed, and is in all probability why the cases we worked never got completely taken care of. There is probably a lot of people who were key witnesses who were simply put into a protection program in order to keep their mouths shut.
There is one female from Wabash County, originally coming to Indiana from Kentucky or Tennessee either during or prior to the mid nineties, having relatives here, who may have been done that way, and is now thought to be involved with some government entity, aiding in a continuation of that same practice, as well as undermining legitimate law enforcement investigative operations.
Some time ago I reported to the sheriff, either Striker, Land or both, that they had informants who were mafia associates and merely moles, but they didn’t take it seriously, I imagine because they were also F.B.I. informants. There were few I ever uncovered who I thought would be reliable informants: I wanted most of them either arrested, or just stood on for info and warned. But, I never had arrest authority, and very little investigative authority, not really needing it for the purpose which, effectually, was to submit findings to the F.B.I. so they could execute two things: cover it all up, and; use the information and some of the culprits for their agenda, which is to gain more power and, I believe, to help turn America into a Socialist, totalitarian nation.

F.B.I. STUNTS

THE F.B.I. AND OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT PEOPLE WILL OFTEN PULL STUNTS ON PEOPLE COVERTLY, ELIMINATE ANY POSSIBILITY OF LOCAL AND STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT TO REMEDY THE HARASSMENT, AND WHEN THE VICTIM MAKES THE THING KNOWN, ATTEMPT TO GET THE PERSON INTO TROUBLE FOR EXPOSING INFORMANT OR UNDERCOVER PERSONNEL. IT'S LIKE BREAKING INTO SOMEONE'S HOME, PREVENTING THE COPS OR THE HOMEOWNER FROM STOPPING IT, AND ARRESTING THE VICTIM FOR TRYING TO STOP THE CRIME.

F.B.I. Special Agents Neil Hoener [ret.] and Steve Kell [possibly retired], and/or their proxies, are two (or more) individuals to beware of. I caught Hoener having me unjustly fired from at least a couple of jobs some years ago, and I believe that Kell has too. Both have misused information that, gained when I was a commissioned acting agent, I relayed to them. Both have honored criminals and secretly, and cowardly, afflicted good people, to a sickening degree. Both have misrepresented my official reports, and both have led people to believe that I’ve been associated with them when I wasn’t, my investigating ending officially in March of 1995, and ending otherwise in or around 2004. I’d like to see both of them swinging from a short rope, once being convicted of treason to the Constitution, as well as a few other F.B.I. agents. Nearly everything I’ve posted here, on the Special Security News portion of my website, and all other places, has been reported to one or another of them at one time or another, mostly years ago, certainly all of the concepts presented if not all pertinent details, and has been misused/abused. Sometimes the C.I.A. will take care of F.B.I. agents who like to abuse their authority. Following is a few of the F.B.I.’s covert tactics:
Stunts the F.B.I. Pulls
Just to make a long story short, because time is of the essence, as we in America are in a fight for our Constituional Rights, our Lives and our very Souls. Following is a summary of underhanded and yellow-bellied stunts that many of the milksops called F.B.I. agents pull, most especially to those who refuse to assent to their tyrannical by-laws, unconstitutional procedures, devious tactics and Socialist policies.
I know these things, because I was commissioned as an acting F.B.I. street agent during part of 1994 and part of 1995, also having been a federal peace officer for a short time in between. I angered my immediate superior's superiors, so they withdrew the agent status, at which time he made me a peace officer. Not long after they reinstated my acting agent status, so the peace officer station was then withdrew. I turned down an offer of employment in 1995, having already seen too much corruption, returning to Indiana in march of '95.

1. Wage psychological warfare upon surveillance and investigation subjects, which can create a psychosis. This is also done to people who are patriots and/or Christians who voice dissent against unconstitutional policies too loudly.
2. Show up in places where the subject frequents, letting the person be aware of their presence, simply to harass and/or intimidate.
3. Call family or friends and state or intimate that they have a psychological or other problem which does not exist within that person. This is often done as a result of someone detecting an F.B.I. agent's psychological warfare tactics.
4. Attempt to create problems between a subject and his or her's place of employment, church, synagogue, family, friends, other associates, electric company, water company, local or state law enforcement, etc.
5. Hack computers under a guise and/or to rearrange settings with the intent of causing worry, anxiety or nuisance.
6. Tell an employer that a subject is working for them when they are not.
7. Call people who are the subject of a report and notify them that they have been reported and by whom.
8. Lie about former employees or other associates who blow the whistle on corruption, about their work record, often denying that there was any association at all.
9. Change the dates and times on reports.
10. Compromise an undercover status.
11. Attempt to prevent whistle blowers from obtaining gainful employ.
12. Use surreptitious methods in order to gain informants, including having the desired person harassed or intimidated by civilians and/or law enforcement personnel.
13. Keep informants in civilian work as long as they inform for them, misusing authority to prevent them obtaining gainful employment if they stop informing for them or report corruption by F.B.I. personnel.
14. Frame innocent people for crimes when they are unable to nab the guilty parties, in order to justify expense incurred for an investigation.
15. Intentionally attempt to disrupt marriages and other relationships.
16. Operate through state and local police, private investigators, employment agencies, electric companies & other public utilities, businesses, and sometimes the military.
17. Use a play on words when discussing certain people in order to falsely cast a bad shadow upon them.
18. Sabotage vehicles so the motor quits running, sometimes some other, more life threatening mechanical failure.
19. Purposely endanger dissenters with the intent of coercing them into a government protection program.
20. Send a member of the opposite sex (sometimes otherwise, depending) to be around a subject, seeming to seduce them, only to break off, hoping to cause frustration resulting in drinking or using drugs, or whatever problem it may cause.
21. Extensive use of proxies and often disguise methods.
22. Actively recruiting teenagers as young as sixteen years of age, prepping them for future F.B.I. functions.
23. Actively attempting to cause a subject's doctor to believe that the person is mentally or emotionally unstable.
24. Allow a subject to become settled in a job, church or other activity, and then cause them loss of such, continuing that over time in series.
25. When talking to someone from whom they hope to gain information, they act like they know more about what is being discussed than they really do, such as a person or place mentioned, as a method by which to find out things they don't know.
26. Concerning people, informants and subjects alike, they play both ends against the middle and otherwise, manipulating people, events and situations.
27. Attempt to exert near total control over people who make reports to them, citing some by-law.
28. Sometimes make an informant or agent up to resemble a friend, relative or other known person of a subject, sometimes one who is dead, having the agent come into view of the subject just long enough to cause confusion or anxiety.
29. Make extensive use of the good guy/bad guy routine and the act of pandering or being patronizing.
30. Tap phones and cause unusual sounds, either to be a known irritant or to make the subject think that the phone has a problem.
31. Have select people repeat words or phrases contained within a report the subject had made. That is used for one of two things: either to let the person know of the F.B.I.'s presence in order to investigate, or to harass.
32. I believe that they engage in certain activities designed to cause undue stress and duress in a subject's life, in order to eventually cause physical sickness, including heart attacks. They likely also use mechanical devices with which to cause that as well, such as the type of device which was used during the Gulf War which sends radio waves towards people, causing extreme discomfort. SWAT teams also have those devices, which are similar to the devices used to repel dogs, just on a different frequency. I have seen devices available through mail order magazines, about the size of a half dollar, operated by a nine volt battery, which are constructed so as to cause physical disorientation or sickness or nausea, by emitting some type of radio wave. No doubt the federal and state government has much more sophisticated gadgets.
33. No doubt the F.B.I. makes use of electrical outlets which are eavesdropping devices, fully functional as electrical outlets, as well as many other gizmos. Computers are likely being utilized the most as listening and spy devices, as well as cell phones. Some of the most valuable information is normal, everyday knowledge of daily activity.
34. Extensive use of innuendos, implications and other mind tricks when talking to or about subjects.
35. Federalizing cops more and more, turning police forces into bureaus of intimidation and psychological warfare more than police departments.
36. Extensively study human behavior to learn causes and effects, thus developing systems by which to manipulate and ensnare the unsuspecting. For example, I've seen them mercilessly, though cowardly, harass and intimidate people, then later send an undercover agent or informant to the subject, posing as a mobster, say, offering them aid, attempting to create a circumstance in which they can seemingly justifiably arrest them or investigate them.
37. Sometimes they will covertly enter a dwelling and move things around, in order to bewilder, among other reasons, such as to plant bugs and mikes. I also highly suspect that they possess or obtain cancer or other illness causing chemicals with which to secretly eliminate people.
38. Disseminate disinformation about subjects in order to disrupt their lives and manipulate or cause other hardships.
39. Take advantage of laws in order to use excuses to investigate certain people, same thing crooked cops do. For example, if you buy two, I believe it is, bottles of 'Fire' drain declogger, the store is required to report it to police.
40. Have combat veterans or others who have been involved in traumatic situations harassed and intimidated, behind a guise of testing them for stability.
41. Sometimes a cop or agent will have their informants harass, intimidate or otherwise mistreat someone, in order to cause that person to expose corrupt activity within one or another government entities, in order to be able to initiate an internal investigation, not wanting to blow the whistle themselves.
42. Anytime an agent or informant seems to be your friend, always remember that they are, in all liklihood, definitely not. It is just part of their job training. They will throw anyone to the wolves in a heartbeat, most of the time, explaining that they're just doing their duty. Again, always remember that the KGB and the Gestapo could rightly claim the very same thing.
43. The F.B.I. uses "truth serum" on people, as do reportedly the state cops, a practice which has been outlawed since right after WWII. One problem is, people can still lie under it's influence, according to people I've talked to, and administered wrongly it can kill, being either the same as or close to what veterinarians use to put animals to sleep.
44. The F.B.I., as well as other agencies, has informants or other associates to swap places with someone who resembles, or is made up to resemble, that person. That can fool people who do not know the subject very well.
45. The F.B.I. sometimes operates via other organizations, such as through informant or underground networks.
46. The F.B.I. will "steal" informants from other agencies and sometimes undermine an operation or investigation in order to take it over. I know this to be so because I showed them some methods by which to do it, in 1994.
47. They make extensive use of proxies, who often or usually, likely most of the time, use the actual agent's name. The proxies may be agents, C.I.A. operatives, U.S. Marshall's, private investigators, informants or other federal, state or local agents or officers. I highly suspect, having seen strong indications and bits of evidence, that when any of the proxies, or the agent in charge [of any given operation] violate constitutional or civil rights or otherwise transgress against a subject, often not a guilty person, and are called on the carpet for it due to a complaint, that, say, agent A committed the act, using the name Jimmy John, and is technically Jimmy John, though his real name is not Jimmy John, the office produces the real agent, whose name is Jimmy John, or yet a different proxy, who goes by the name Jimmy John, because he also works for and represents Jimmy John, who can honestly claim that he did not do anything wrong to the subject. The F.B.I. does a LOT of wangling like this in order to either nail someone they want, or to escape reprimand or charges. They lie without outright lying.
48. One way F.B.I. personnel bring reproach upon a subject, among their peers, fellow workers, and other associates is by slyly implying that something about their subject is amiss. An age old trick, pulled by agents and cops alike, is to go to a person's place of employ, flash a badge and mention a certain person, often resulting in a firing or a systematic series of acts of ostracizing and eventual discharge or quitting. But there are other ways as well.
They may mention a person, noting that they are doing a routine check. When the employer or other associate asks what is the matter, one of two things will occur. Either the implications will be good, or bad, either having ulterior motive, when the case is such that the subject is not really suspected of being involved in any crime or other wrongdoing.
The agent may seem cordial or even pleased, and say something like, "we like his performance and just want to make sure he's doing okay", the implication being that the subject is associated with the F.B.I.. This will automatically raise questions in the employer's or other associate's mind, creating an aura of misunderstanding or suspicion.
On an intended bad note, the agent may say something like, "we don't like some of what we've seen him doing", the message of course being that the person is involved in some violation of law, the agent assuming a serious or even indignant demeanor.
Either of these ploys will cause problems for the unwitting individual. Myself, I've been cost employment intentionally be an old F.B.I. mentor in order to put me into a position to where I had no choice but to go back into investigating, but I didn't.
These are just a few of their tricks. Researching these issues using keywords such as 'psychological warfare' and 'tricks the F.B.I. uses' will produce a lot more intel on this subject.
49. Agents and/or informants will put subordinates onto investigating things, and either by original intent or to remain undetected or implication/arraignment free, let that person, or persons, take the fall for prosecution, indictment or scrutiny.
These are just a few of their tricks. Researching these issues using keywords such as 'psychological warfare' and 'tricks the fbi uses' will produce a lot more intel on this subject. One of my plans is to enlist the aid of professional mental health care people who, once learning of these types of things, officially known as ‘black ops’, ought to be quite concerned, as these techniques, especially when abused, as they have been, greatly contribute to the creation of criminals.
These are the types of tactics which are being used to break down, subjugate and brain wash America into accepting Socialism and other unconstitutional and antichristian doctrines, agendas and programs as acceptable. Note that adherents to Islam are allowed to use virtually ANY method by which to promote their insidious agenda.
The F.B.I. has little “by-laws” they try to force upon people, edicts which are just clever ways of manipulating someone in order to control them, just like a predator pervert would hold someone hostage and control them.
I have a relative named Jean, who Hoener asked me specifically about in ‘94. I simply said I thought she’d been involved with the C.I.A. for a number of years. The F.B.I. was checking her out for something way back then. I see her now sometimes in out of the way places, whereas she needs to behave. It’s ironic, that I complained some years ago to Hoener that I thought the FBI was using church members for informants, and as a recruiting platform, to the extent of disrupting the church’s mission, and he saw nothing wrong with it, plus, Jean started playing head games on me at church. So I finally quit going.

ANOTHER "IRRELEVENT" REPORT [ACCORDING TO SOME IN THE F.B.I.]

From some point in time to at least 1991, illegal guns and drugs were hauled in semi tractor dump beds and dual and tri-axle dump trucks, hidden in sand, dirt or gravel, from various points and dumped in a multitude of places, including several gravel pits and other places in Wabash County. The trucking company was based in Harrogate, TN, the owner of it eventually reforming, and since having died of an apparent heart attack, reportedly.
The Tennessee State Police were notified by a driver in/around 1989-90, but simply notified the owner of the company. At least two hired assassins were at the owner’s disposal, who allegedly performed hits overseas and in the United States, and were introduced to the driver as a threat, and the whole operation may have been C.I.A. sponsored. Attempts were made by culprits to kidnap the driver, Bobby, one of my friends, and myself, unsuccessfully. Many crimes in Wabash County are linked to this particular activity. If any of them or their associates get any ideas, I have several mean dogs, a .44, knives, hatchets and hammers, and an attitude toward kidnappers.
Anybody with any information pertaining to this should contact their local sheriff, drug task force, F.B.I. or the U.S. Department of State. Some corrupt U.S. Marshalls, police and C.I.A. were involved, and possibly a mobster or two, though the mafia likely wasn’t involved in this to any great extent. This is one of “irrelevant” reports I submitted to the Colorado Springs, Colorado F.B.I. in 1994, and some of this knowledge I possessed via firsthand means.
